so i bought some gems (2800 – $35) but did not receive them even though it said my purchase was successful, and thinking that there might have been a new way to receive them and i didn’t read the last page fully i tried again for 800 gems ($10) and once again said successful purchase your gems are ready for immediate use, they do u appear and i cannot use them, please help!
