So while exploring the new content in Southsun Cove before the most recent patch, I found a tourist NPC with an animal hat and a new bathing suit design.

After the most recent patch though, the NPC was removed and replaced with an
asura.
On this reddit thread that contained data mined gem store info, guess this may be one of the animal hats they mentioned.

I hadn’t seen anything here on the forums about it, so I thought I’d mention it.
I received this greatsword out of the mystic forge, can anyone tell me/show me if it has a particle effect when drawn?
