I leveled all the way to 80 using GS/rifle. I tried every other weapon in our arsenal but nothing compares to a GS with 100B. Pull a few mobs together, pop 100B+frenzy, use GS skill 3 to whirl through them, throw your sword with skill 4, and 100B is ready again before the mobs reach you (if they still live that is )
For Veterans and Champions use your rifle and kite away. I like my rifle, its fun as hell, but i end up using my GS for normal mobs, since most of the time there are 2-3 in a pull and the GS makes short work of groups
Your gear/spec depends on what you are going to do. solo/DE pve or WvW i like my knights armor set and berserker weapons/rings, just steamroll through everything (as long as you are in a zerg in WvW. For 1 on 1 you should take other weapons/skills)
Would you mind telling me which skin you are wearing in the picture?
There are UK/FR/DE servers in europe. You might try to transfer to a UK server for all your english speaking needs

I am 15/30/0/0/25 and the damage is nowhere near as good as my rangers.
might be becouse i use knigts armor with berserker trinkets/weapons, but i feel kind of squishy running full berserker and using my greatsword
