I didn’t get a chance to validate my email, by the time I saw it the link had expired.
My password wasn’t phished. And I’m quite able to create unique passwords for accounts.
Your response assumes someone phished my email password and that my gw2 password is the same. Yet nobody has logged into my account.
Yes, I’ve changed my password already if that’s what you’re suggesting.

I’ve only ever logged on from one IP. I DID NOT receive any authorization emails, so nobody has logged into my account.
It has only been a day, and I know that others have been waiting longer…
Still, why are so many the target of random account suspensions?
There’s no way I breached the TOS or conduct.
This is the part where you tell me 5 days is a reasonable response time.
And it really isn’t. If they’re handing out suspensions so casually they should have a quicker way for legitimate users to get their account back.
My account has been suspended. I haven’t been told why, my support ticket hasn’t been responded to…

Why should it take days to unlock accounts for legitimate users?

I just bought the game less than a week ago, from what I see Arenanet has been blaming this on the end users… saying they have a keylogger.
Really? I seriously doubt that.
