I beg to differ with the OP, as I was in the stress test and I logged on after the main event( also during ) and was able to flip 2 camps solo so this will be no problem for experienced camp flippers. In the stress test there was 1 supervisor and 4 guards and no scouts so I didn’t even have to bring reflects besides the guard bola skill. there is a pen for yaks that doesn’t have to be bothered with so 1 camp 5 npcs when not upgraded = easy mode for me.

and I do think your leagues season tourney whatever you want to call it could work.
If you want to fix it don’t do free transfers before it starts. inbetween leagues the servers even out a little bit nothing perfect mind you. but better that when you can jump ship for free. It’s like any disaster ( bad reference maybe ?) you give a group of people a chance to be great to pull together and over come( without free xfer)
or they see the disaster and you give them a free ticket to somewhere else where they can feel safe. (free xfer) blah blah blah Geist jeesh zip it

To my sad regret the video has been deleted from the internet and I switched operating systems on my computer so my system was completely wiped. No record of the video exists any more. This is the last post I will say anything about it in also.

1) You made it but as a part of the leadership of Mend, you are suppose to be an effective role model ( a representative of your guild) to the HoD Community.
2)An HoD member did post the video however you did have intent to show it publicly ( to a few members or the whole server I don’t now). I heard your convo on TS3 on how you were making one last farewell to HoD video that was to be accompanied by the song War Pigs by Black Sabbath (as you were recording your own version of it). That creepy immature video was playing that music. I can only assume that was your last farewell video.

You are a very skilled commander and mesmer who had a lot of respect ( and still do) from the HoD community (most people loved to follow you in WvW because they knew you knew what you were doing). You took the dirt road instead of the high ground that you should have taken during all the insult throwing of some of the HoD members. That was a mistake.

I know it is hard for you Geist (and for Flappy) but you need to just ignore the pokes at Mend from HoD members (including my own little poke). Making another video “for our entertainment” would only give some of the forum instigators the fuel they need to troll you more.

Flappy needs to lay off the insulting whispers to members too (yes we have a screenshot)

Just ignore HoD and have a fun matchup. (I know i’ve had fun this week)

I dunno. You should’ve seen DB Hills on reset night. Courtesy of IoJ. Place must’ve been siege capped. 4 trebs just pointed at NE camp. A little bit much? .__.
Only reason we got that place, (at like 3AM server time) is because we caught it while IoJ was busy on another map. We know they had a zerg somewhere, we had been wiped by it 15 minutes prior.

Anyway, I don’t get on weekends much. Looking forward to finally experiencing this matchup more firsthand over the next few days. =D

BTW this was Mend’s doing classic hills defense. Siege count for hills ( upgraded to wp) was 22 superior acs 2 regular acs 5 trebs 2 superior trebs 1 guild treb 7 superior balis one regular and 1 superior catapult.

We use teamspeak 3. Have a guild forum with builds, strats, and more. we are mainly an east coast guild with guild wvw running from 830 pm est to 1130-1 am ( untill we fall asleep) we also do some guild wvw outside of these times and we always do Friday night reset wvw.

but I could sit here and type and type stuff for you to read but instead why dont you check out this video for some idea of a few of our defenses.
( dont get me wrong we also like to attack but normally if the enemy sees us in a tower they turn and go the other way.)

I don’t know about you guys but the guys and girls in [MEND] had a great night last night in CD BL. We started a little unprepared not expecting that much reaction at hills to start the night. Props to you guys there.
We must say we all enjoyed to 2 hour long fight at cliffside tower. Good siege placement, port bombs, and coordination used by you guys made for a really interesting tower hold.

So if you just happend to be online in wvw on Monday night you might have seen us wandering around your borderland Northern Shiverpeaks. . . . . . . . Trebbing you Citadel from the vista by your northern camp, which you guys were very cool about.

So after this we got a little frisky and went to EB. Turns out there are some dolyaks that like to get down out there.
