I can confirm that you can still use it in the mystic forge even after changing is appearance but to be safe i changed its appearance back to its original. i am not sure if that made it possible or not but it still worked.
Just if you may, please confirm that you used “Advanced Spinal Blades”, where it was indicated as “Transmuted”, that you had put it into the Mystic Forge with 250 spinal blades, 1 gift of blades and 1 vision crystal and as a result you have gotten Tempered Spinal Blades. I am asking so precisely, because it is written that it is impossible to use it when transmutted. And I also, ehrm, transmuted mine…
… well, when you kite others may dps freely. Maybe you just Tank At Heart, and denying your true nature? Think it over, pal…
(…)Champ trains in zones, even in their current form, are a broken reward system. It hooks new players into a play style that shouldn’t be rewarded as much as it is. It’s poisonous to the game and the OP is an example why it’s poisonous. Why should you leave the starter zone? Because the rest of the game is out there, that’s why. You shouldn’t have to rely on the game to give you a reason to leave.
—> THAT! THUMB UP!
… and on the side: this game is great for solo, as it is great for teamplay, if you have your toon skills well acquainted. So – this is reason why the leveling is, so you LEARN how to use your skills. So you be FORCED to learn different aspects of the fight, go through greater part of your’s toon abilities, and have a possibility to choose what you like. There is no perfect setup. There is however perfect playstyle; it is your playstyle while it is working.
“11. Be sure to save 10 silver for when you hit level 11, as you have to buy access to your traits” —> much better to buy it on Trade Post – half the price there.
Also that belongs here I believe… thanks to Lilith Ajit.6173:
“You exchange your soul bound tools for account bound by un equipping them and bringing them to the black lion weapon specialist. That’s at the top of the Lions Arch trade post if you didn’t know.”
(…)Right clicking on an item in your inventory gives you the option to: get a price check on the trading post from anywhere in the world, lets you destroy it, lets you mail it (sometimes), or lets you send it to your bank (sometimes). (…)
… right clicking actually gets you the sell on trading post, not just price check. You can also send mats to the bank by using cogwheel on inventory window -> deposit all collectibles. As someone before mentioned, sending all mats to bank, putting loot on trade, salvaging and again – sending to bank is the best way how to stay happy will small bags.
A question, by the way; is there any use for obsolete, soulbound, non priced equipment, beside trashing it?
