I’ve seen that AMD has problems with GW2 and I found a fix for Win7 here:
http://help.guildwars2.com/entries/27698053-Optimization-Performance

But I’m running Windows 10 and it seems that this fix is already pack in it.

The only solution would be the overclocking ?

I encounter a problem with my graphics. In fact, it seems the game doesn’t use all my components’ potential. The game is running on kitten ith a GeForce GTX 960 and a AMD FX-6300.

Playing in an area with a lot of players delivering me these statistics:
Average GPU usage: 59%
Average CPU usage: 61%
Temperatures are OK.
