Necromancers and Druids are the biggest offenders when it comes to weakness application. Reapers get it on shroud and druids when they are attacked (in a 240 radius). So you can just bait these out as they are both meele. So long as you are not in meele range these will not be applied.
Of course there are more applications of this, especially in teamfights. But then again, theres an abundance of random condi clears there too so it evens out.
Just comes down to learning what applies weakness and what doesnt.
Ok the problem isn’t how to deal with it. the problem is the endurance regen debuff and the glancing… That’s the problem with l2p forum heroes they think im only saying it’s strong because i couldn’t deal with it…. No the problem is the huge nerf to glass builds that comes with the amount of weakness in the game..
Out of curiosity what class are you running a power build on?

Weakness is a condition that decreases the rate of endurance regeneration and turns half of all hits into glancing blows (that deal 50% less damage).

Changed from 50% fumble on regular attacks to 50% fumble on all attacks.
… Can we not have a condition made to nerf power builds that can be puked out by random passive traits ? Truth be told i’m not saying it should be removed but it should definitely be toned down, or the amount of it should be toned down. Every second with weakness applied is a second of almost complete uselessness for a power build such kittenter mes, fresh air ele, etc.. Now you could sacrifice a condi clear to remove it but with cleanses being random and the amount of damage that can come out from damaging conditions it’s nowhere near worth it. I’m just sick of going through so much work to set up a burst then seeing a player not able to dodge, invuln, or cc me anymore but just facetanking the entire thing for maybe 1/5 of their health because of something passive they didn’t have to do themselves, or because my big toe touched a poison field, or even because a necro walked near me… When playing a glass build you are sacrificing survivability for damage, well whats the point if you cant actually do that damage? Just let us have our glass builds and stop promoting these passive rotation based builds that i could slam my head on the keyboard to play, it’s really just not fun.
