I don’t know if you’re having the same problem I am, but I’ve been told that my account is flagged for possible fraud. I found this out from support because both CC’s and PayPal just say approval failed. The CC one is particularly bad since it makes it sound like the problem is on the CC side, whereas NCSoft is one the preventing the purchase.
It’s infuriating since I’ve never had any payment issues with NCSoft before, I know I have perfect credit since I’m going through the process of buying a ahouse, and they refuse tell me why my account is flagged.
I am a long time GW1 player and I’ve been playing GW2 since the open betas. What do I have to do to clear my name?
I’m missing out on stuff because I have to go through this whole rigamarole to get gems (24 hour sales, guild influence buy for bounties etc….), and the whole thing has me extremely frustrated.

So every time I try to buy gems from gems store I have to log a support ticket to get my account unflagged. I’ve asked for an explanation several times and no one has ever explained.
The first time was just frustrating but understandable. I can appreciate the need to secure users accounts against fraud. The fact that it happening repeatedly without any explanation for the cause is insulting and costing you in lost sales.
I have never had any payment issues with NCSoft, and I have excellent credit, so as far as I know there is no basis for my account to be flagged.

P.S. it’s frustrating that my support account is constantly disabled so I can’t even respond to an issue.
