iupdated last night and play right after but now i cant get in i get connection error all the time

i have tryed sinse lanst night to log in around 21.00 Danish time
and i still cant get ini dont have the error code at this moment

i just reinstalled the game after a problem yesterday
i cant get in the game after char select i get stuck in the loading screen or when i get in the game i cant leave the map i am in what can i do about that plz help me

hi Again i just found a nother bug every time i jump to a new location i get the red marker that i have not completed all my traits on one of my charekters

i got these problems on my mail

same here it is only on one of my char

it is only one of my warriors there are buged

and all my Collections are lost plz help

the new update have reset all my traits what shall i do and i cant train them Again

if i get the hardcopy of the hotn how do i then link it to my accound?

how do i do that?

i have problems with the last file when i download the new update it stops at 207mb then it crashes and dont restart what can i do about it i have tryed to restart the download and i starts up untill it reaches 207mb then it stops Again

please help me
