I have already tried same login and password but not working ;s I have already contacted support but they only helped me with gw2 acc (i knew already my acc name and pw). I sent a msg to gw1 support too but still no response. I hope i will get my acc back. The worst thing is that i was logging to gw1 with my acc name and pw and it was working some months ago. Now when i installed game there was a strange e-mail in account name field (not any of mine).

I don’t know if I’m writing in the right place but this problem is about gw1 and gw2. Problem is that i can’t log in to gw1 acc and i have connected this two accounts before.
In fact i wasn’t playing Guild Wars 1 for long time and i don’t know what this problem exactly is. If i can log in to gw2 i should be able to log in to gw1 right? Anyway this e-mail i was using for gw1 is probably hacked ;( and I can’t remember any character name on my account in gw1.
GW2 is a great game . Its good that gem shop looking like that because I don’t want next game that is unballanced because of Item Shop.. I’m dissapointed only with that i bought the digital deluxe version that should have mini Rytlock, Banker Golem and ,,Unique Elite Skill". I got only Banker Golem and useless elite skill without Rytlock. But thats no matter, I’m still enjoying the game.
