Guild Wars 2

Hey guys so after having to wait over an entire month to regain access to my original guildwars account via-ticket… Never occurred. So I went ahead and just repurchased the game because waiting over a month is unacceptable.

Rant Aside: Once you have linked your guild wars account with your guild wars 2 account… what all does that do exactly? I guess my main question is if i was to change my guild wars 2 password… does that also change my guild wars password? Also if I have an authenticator on my account does that apply to both games? Is it mandatory that I have a security question on my original guild wars account?

If anyone knows any of the answers to these questions I would really appreciate your feedback, so I can go ahead and write all of this information down. Then store it away in my filing cabinet so I wont forget my password, security question, or any of the following issues that has prevented me from gaining access to the game. If I do ever end up hearing back from areanet, within the next 30-days, I am simply going to request a full refund for the game. HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM APPLES.

Its been over a month, and I have not gotten a response, could you please address these issues. 1137176 and 1135170 Also please don’t delete my post next time around, because I did not break any of the forum rules. Furthermore, even though you might not be trained to handle guildwar 1 account requests…. you still have not provided any alternative means for support. At least not that I am aware of at this time, so if you could please for the love of all that is holy address my issue… that would be great thanks.

I need assistance on recovering my original GW1 account, and then help with linking it to this current account. I have already submitted a ticket about the issue but its been upwards of almost a couple of days now. Is there anyone on here who could be of any assistance?
