I agree. GW2 JP’s are a test of reflexes and motor skills and it leaves some people out.

I wish they would offer alternative ways to get jumping puzzle content or even the bell choir content. I know some disabled players who play GW2 and the JP puzzles are frankly unplayable for them. Even giving the alternative of exchange 1000 Wintersday gifts for the item that is left in your collection. Have all of them – the bell choir one, the snowball mayhem and the JP one attainable via a vendor for a significant contribution.

On my own thing, I can’t even get into the puzzle half the time that I play. World is too full :/

I am having the same problem. I thought I needed to update my video card driver and I did. My computer never had a problem before HOT came out — I switched to the 64 bit and it has been fine until yesterday’s patch. Tried the old client, still having the problem.
