Thanks for the update. Although it is still very very vague. I have updated my ticket and have gotten no response. Other than check your credit card which I did on the very first night I tried to purchase gems. Which I already stated and my bank says they havent blocked anything aside from the original one. Yet the issue is still there. Can we have actual details about what is causing this problem?

Really losing interest in the game at this point. Crafting and running out of space unable to buy more inventory or try out a different class aside from the 5 that i already have. Why is it so hard to take your faulty system off till you can come up with a better fraud prevention one? Great game so far poor customer service on this issue though.

I have been unable to purchase gems since the release date. And from the looks of it most if not all of us posting here have gotten the issue resolved. I don’t feel like opening up a ticket for an issues that is still apparently not being worked on. I do wish I could buy more bag space and open up more character slots. Is there any new updates on this? Called my cc’s and they say it’s not on their end. Would at least like to know whats going on. Thanks :/
