Hello
I have been a Guild Wars player for a long time. I have the digital deluxe edition of Guild Wars 2, I have Spent almost 400$ in gems . I am getting sick and tired of seeing bots in the higher level areas. When exactly are you guy’s going to get more proactive about this? When we all leave and all you have in your game is bots? Hire more GM’s or do what you have too. Bots and Gold spammers lead to hacked accounts. AKA WOW and other games. I think we all have seen enough..

Please go back to phone support!

First off this is not rant or cry. This is a good suggestion:

I believe you should go back to phone support,one reason it will make the customer the people that pay your wage feel like you are doing something for them. Do not be like other game companies that do not care about us. Twelve years ago there was a company that made a game called Guild Wars. This was a great game with top-noch support that you could actually call, what happened to you guys? This will take care of some of the issues that take so long to take care of. Email support does not work most of the time they blame you or your computer. Remember a lot of us customer been on a computer longer than most of you. The normal email response is run this program that has nothing to do with the issue at hand, and never solves the problem.

Contact with someone will make it a lot easier for most people. I do not know what you are doing? either outsourcing or what but you see it is not working.

Please Think about this take it to the CEO.

I do not think so. The more you do it the more you see them. They need to take a more proactive stand then they are now.

Me too seems to me they should stablize the servers? Before bringing in more load with the MAC’s

This is not a top end system Alienware M15X-R2
Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit, Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7 CPU Q720@1.60GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
Graphics Card: Radeon 5800

The Cpu is old and small Not quite min specs. The graphics card is outdated.
To help you update drivers for the graphics card. Use the slider in the game untill you can get a steady 12-15 fps which will be hard. This game takes a really good CPU and great graphics card to see the game in all its glory ,this is the best looking game of this kind I have seen in years.

When are you guys going to get more proactive about this issue? There has been a lot of hacked accounts the problem lies with with not taking a stand against this. This is starting to be a real problem everyday, even makes it worse when they send you spam in your mail box.

Being a player that played the old Guild Wars and also a person that bought digital deluxe edition of this game, there really needs to be a more proactive stand on this issue. Sound’s to me maybe hire more people? Like GM’s and more support people to handle the load.

In Closing I really hope that something is done real soon, this game is too nice and a lot of guild wars fans waited a long while for this. Too many companies do not care about the public after the game is bought, I know you are not like this. Please Lets take care of this issue ASAP.

I am having no problem at all. I have a EVGA GTX670 going at 100+ fps. I am using 301.25 . Go to the control panel and slect the GW2.exe there see if that helps you out.

100% CPU usage

i was playing gw2 for a few hours and then my game minimized and my norton internet securitey popped up saying guild wars 2 performance warning 100% CPU usage is there a fix for this if so can some one please help ^^

There a easy fix for this. Go to settings tab>place in the slient tab box ,set it for the amount of time you like to play. What that does is stop the background tasks that Norton does (You are still protected).

Norton New suite is a very good program all you have to do is go to settings>slient> how much time you like .It will fix the problem.

Help choosing a graphics card for GW2

I suggest the EVGA gtx6oo line. I have a gtx670 and I am getting 100+fps with everything maxed . This line of cards is around $5oo . But remember this game also uses quite a bit of CPU power also.

I cannot still see my stuff in HoM. I sent a screen shot of what I have comming . I have not heard about anything .Incident:120905-001193 last contact was on the 7th. I see no reason why this problem has not been fixed

I cannot acess my stuff in Hall of Monuments . I have linked my accounts and have toons with the same name as I did in Eye OF The North, I have also followed all the instruction.

Can you help me I have a lot of stuff coming to me I would like to use.
