Think its also the Guardian GS pull skill that gets you pulled into the zerg threw feedback, its very annoying and its feels like a bug that havent been fixed .
Its looks like a nice con / hybrid dmg build and i would love to kick some face with it in wvw . Sadly wvw (atleast for me) isnt playable without either swiftness on demand (Centaur runes ) or the mediocre focus (which i rarely use if not zerg fights).

Add a dmg component so everytime you remove a boon from a player you do xxx amount of dmg.
Tired of just being utility bots in mass wvw, wanna have some viable aoe dmg that isnt based on having weak clones running into a mass zerg and doing dmg.
Or an over nerfed confusion con dmg proccing from a rather overnerffed trait and Ethereal fields

Im lost for words. But well the mesmer nerf crusade continues, and will prolly go on till the game is dead.
Imo torch needs fixes to both skills, to work good in both a pow/crit build and in a con dmg build.
Some easy fixes would be Scalling the dmg on activate on skill4 (the prestige) same as the Sword skill4 does. That would make skill 4 both viable in pow and con dmg build, since the burn is ok atm.
Me personally would love seing Torch work well, as pistol/focus/offhandsword does in powerbuilds. Would also suit the placement of the CD trait on torch.
Image needs a complete rework, Dmg is way to low, conditions gained and applied are way to weak, the projectile is to slow, this list can go on forever.
Make its dmg scale in a pow build like IWarlock, change conditions from confusion to bleeds or burn/poison to scale well in a con dng build. Problems fixed.

Its the only long range wep thats got the ability to slow opponets so you can kill em while they run away, try chasing kills with staff (lol).
Since IZerker fix its also one of the strongest phantasms we got. I think its a good wep, but its long range only, in close fights most other weps are better choices.

You can already do this. Buy a cheap low level item, put it in your bank, transmute the legendary’s skin onto the cheap item’s stats, et voila – account bound.
You may send me the ~100g I just saved you in gems.
Already tried and no thats not working, cant pickup a bound Legend from Bank on a new toon, works only on the toon it was bound on. Transmuting it with new stats only works on the toon you already had the legend on.
And give Anet the chance to say “We make it better to use, so we can nerf it”?

Yeah, before asking for changes to a skill, just remember that changing a skill means anet gets their hands on it, which should be avoided at all costs unless the skill is broken to uselessness.
Hence, asking the community. And they have spoken.
The topic says it all more or less, Keep it as it is , or remake it work like nullfield (ground target aoe placable).
Where does the community stand in regards of this ?
