Are banners (and for that matter ranger spirits) affected by the 5 target aoe cap? If so, is it just random who will get the buff in big fights?
Anybody know what abilities compassion will affect for engineers? I know it helps Super Elixir, but for example, does it increase healing turrets (the party regen portion), med kits, etc?
