The only changes that I have noticed have to do with dialogue choices. Having a personality is good for a character but when it makes little to no difference you start to wonder why it is there.

That is a lot of gold for your level… Not that it wouldn’t be nice to have but then again, you wouldn’t want to end up spending all that sweet gold on throw away items. Maybe your friend can send it to you as a reward fro completing your story.

I still have not received my items either. I will continue to bring it up them until I get what I paid for, simple as that.
