ok well that definitly confirms that this healing skill is garbage. Even if the base heal worked on allies it was still a tough healing skill to choose over the other options. You should at least make it scale better with healing power if it isnt an aoe heal.

You already have a system in place for killing mobs in PVE even in WvW, which rewards bonus XP for killing someone/something that hasnt been killed for a set period of time, what about giving a bonus amount of points for capping something that hasnt been capped for a while.

It no longer even removes a stack of defiant when i pistol whip a boss. This just happened to the first 2 bosses on arah p3. Is this intentional?
