Still have not received any ITEMS and GOLD losses from the September 6th maintenance. Anyone else still facing the same problem?

May we get a situation report on what is going on with the lost items from cancelling items from the trading post please? Very much appreciated.

I haven’t received any of my payments nor items that I cancelled and sold in the trading post before yesterdays patch up till now
