I just crafted The Minstrel, but i have to say the effect is sort of lacking. Adding footprints, and maybe a note aura?

I would love to see a skill like focus ’’4’’/vortex, but as utility, making it a circle like feedback where you pull mobs/enemies towards the middle. Pulses every 2-3 second maybe?

swapping traits and utility skills alot depending on the situation, in WvW i usually run with 15% illusion dmg instead of halting strike, you could mix and match alot with different trait and weaponset, but i have always been a fan of staff+s/s and this patch was a great improvement for me

just a suggestion to add a item that allows you to unsoulbind items. let it be sold in gemstore, kinda high price maybe? But dont let it work on dungeon items other items you get from tokens/fractals

Would go for Elem, lot’s of people hate rangers, dunno why but thats the way it is. I’ve got a ranger lvl 72, and the playstyle is to run around in huge circels and let the pet do all the work wich gets kinda boring, for those reasons i would got elem.
and try to stay away from staff >.< D/D is so much better in my opinion

Love all the arah paths arah, coe and fractals is the only dungeons that can give me a kick. failed Arah p4, but it was a blast doing it. hoping Anet can make more dungeons like this, and less like COF p1/2.

If you want abit more dmg you could take something like this: http://www.guildhead.com/skill-calc#mcRM0zMzMMRTNmMRaNmG9MxGVsMRbVm Get sigil of intelligence and sigil of battle, get full adren with GS, swap to axe/mace use f1, work up some adren and swap back to GS, eviscerate gonna crit and hit alot. Problem with this build is that it dont got any ranged wpn to fall back on. the shout trait in discipline line is pretty nice to get back too 100% adren.

Im a light armor class myself so i dont know much about good looking armor.
I like the order of whisper armor, Arah armor also looks good in my opnion, other than that im not sure.
I dont know what weaponset you are using, but im gonna leave a list of what i think is cool weapons for a ranger below.

Were you there? No, this was clearly a bug. And how are you suppose to get the sparks into the slots before they spawn? First thing simin did was to go invisible and regen to 55/60% while sparks were spawning in, so she gets stuck at 50%

Dont think you understand, the problem wasnt the dps or regen, the problem was that simin went invisible at 50% no matter what we did. If she startes at 60% she wou ld go away at 50%, if she started at 100% she would go away at 50% like she was stuck in phase 1

we used 4 glasscannon warriors and a mesmer to start with, got her at 60% straight down to 50% then reset, happens multiple times. Then we started to get frustrated and tried different things, thats when elem came in.

Don’t wanna complain to much here, but i just ran Arah path 4. Had a great time and probably haven’t had this much fun in a while, so we are killing our way trough the dungeon, joking and having a blast with the content. We have never done path 4 before and even if it was a bit hard we didn’t have much problems. Then at Simin we get problems, we knew from the beginning that this boss was hard, but no idea until we tried it. First try was a disaster, we had no idea how to work together, second try went better. But something was still wrong we could not get Simin under 50% HP, no matter how fast we got the sparks in place and how fast the party killed the boss she always got invisible at 50%, just like in phase 1. This happened every time, after 20 attempts we started to give up, the dps check was not the problem neither was the regeneration, but we could get her lower than 50%.
So my question is this a bug or what? its clearly not meant to be like this, anyone got a clue what happened? My toughs was that this was a bug, some tough we needed to kill even fast, anyway it resulted in us giving up. Also might add that sparks went for illusions i spawned with my mesmer and elementals our elementalist spawned, dont think this is meant to happen either
Even if we didn’t make it to the end, we had a blast and it was a very fun and challenging dungeon that i will run over and over again if this ’’bug’’ get fixed.

anet will may not add raid dungeons, but a idea they could put in the game is events with silvermobs, huge epic bosses at places like tempels wich you get some valuable loot, these events could link togheter, so when you kill one boss you have to fight your way trough a new wave of silver mobs(since there may be a huge zerg mabe champs aswell).
might have to places stuff like this in a huge cave or valley were it wont bother people who dont wanna join the event. i would love to see stuff like this. i find tempel events super epic. its not always super easy and tend to gather alot of people wich dont make me feel like some OP hero that saves tyria by himself. seeing something like tempel bosses spawning rapidly in a huge meta event with hard mobs around is a idea that really triggers me
edit: i feel like event is lacking since they tend to be easy and soloable, besides events in cursed shore there are none that gathers alot of people, here is where the loot part comes in, increasing the chance for rare/exotic at huge meta events. for example tempel events and protecting/assaulting arah gates

One of the devs stated they are planning new legendary items, which could include both more weapons and armors. This was back in October/November.

forgot to add this in so i might as well do it now. Even if devs can do better the fractal capacitor is one example of cool armors in the game, its also something to work against that you don’t simply run a dungeon 4 times and you got it, it actually is pretty hard to get. Gonna leave a link for those who wanna see. I may not agree with the fact that you have to get it trough fractals, but i don’t mind.

We got a lot of fancy weapons, some better than others but thats not the point. The point is why is only weapons so flashy? Would like to see more flashy armor, with particle effects, maybe some random effects. One example could be something like the COF light armor shoulders where the balls of flame glow brighter and maybe randoms sparks, they start floating around etc. :P There is really no hard to get armor atm, this is kinda sad since they got so much potential.

couldn’ disagree more, a solo dungeon will ruin the teamwork system anet has worked on. why would any1 bother gathering people for a group if they can just solo the content? sure some might wanna do things as a group, but the majoirty of players would simply solo it, this way they don’t gotta pick up bad players who ruins the whole run for you

my ’’tanky’’ build, also works as a boon copier/spreader. i see getting boons and copying them to my team. works great for me, both feedback and signet of inspiration can be swapped out if they dont fit the boss/mob encounter, but those utilitys are the once i use the most. also like the regen my phantasms add to alies. hope you guys enjoy
edit: might wanna know that i use knights gear with ruby orbs, but can add emerald orbs if you want even higher armor stat. ring is ascended ’’berserker’’ once and also running ruby earings with emerald orbs

Are you sure? Think of the HP bars you’ll be slogging through and considering how much damage the enemies are doing right now, hard mode will have nothing but one shot attacks.
learn to dodge and play as a team and this shouldn’t be a problem

I agree to this, never played GW1, but the idea of harder content in a already existing dungeon for better loot is quite a good idea and i would love to see this in the game.

What is ‘’the best’’ secondary? staff or GS. I feel like GS does alot more dmg, but also makes you sort of a glasscanon,+ berserker is not as good as warlock. Any suggestions?

Am i the only one who is having problems with following all stories except the personal story. I would like to see some sort of story teller in lets say bars inside the game. dont feel like the few dialogs between NPC’s are enough. please give me feedback with your thoughts and opinions
