I want to see someone make their thief look like Gandalf, that would be pretty funny seeing him put a beat down with staff (maybe with the elder wood staff)
Interesting build variation, but looks quite weak tbh. At least move the traits from arms to discipline? Faster weapon swap and mobile strikes are very usefull for warrior with 1h sword. Condi bunker variation is in my sig if you want to try :P
I’ll take a look at your builds, but with this build, My swords are more just there for mobility and condies.
Although I’m willing to always try other things out too
shoutbow? im new but cant find any “shoutbow” at pvp arena merchant.. how can i buy one of these? also during ur time off as a warrior, what class did u find more fun?
“Shoutbow” Just means I’m using shouts and longbow. and for my main I run ranger, there’s a few video’s of that on my channel as well if you are interested
I’ve owned this warrior for about 2years and never really played him much so I decided to finally sit down and work on him.
This build I came up with (Even though I’m sure its already been made.) has been a lot of fun and has sparked my interest in warrior all over again.
Anyway hope you enjoy it, let me know some tips and tricks on what I can do better, This build is still pretty new to me.
(EDIT) just a side note on enemies this build struggles with are – well played thieves, condie Mesmer’s, and melee warriors that put a lot of pressure
Yah that killshot really caught me off guard. When I chased him behind the bridge I threw up block expecting a stun/big hit but he just sat there… then BOOM! and as far as condition fights it just depends on how well they are at applying them, I swap between 46400 and 26600 a lot when roaming.its crazy how much of a difference it makes using Empathic Bond
You can go with sharpening stone over bleeds on crit if you want. I just think bleed on critical works better with hunters call and bleed sigil added to that as well. but also like you said once the update hits we will get that trait free anyway
Honestly I’m not even sure if it heals the first time if you cancel #5 horn and do it again, And if it does I really am not trying to exploit it. The skill just takes too long to go off sometimes haha.
what I think is happening is the animation is going off but I don’t think the actual heal works id have to watch the video again to see if i’m actually getting heal from it, but its just from playing too fast at times I need to wait for the skill to go off before doing something else. I do that all the time on engi and it drives me crazy
Thank you for the kind words, As far as LB rangers, I don’t mind them as long as its only one or two here and there but when a whole guild jumps on their ranger you know there’s something not right. It’s like no one realizes there’s tons of different builds for ranger that are pretty good. I have a melee build 26600 GS sword/axe maybe ill work on another video to show how much fun/hard that build can be sometimes.
Well I choose madking because I don’t want a pure condi build. When I use hunters call, The birds usually do about 3k damage and then bleeds get to about 12ish just from that skill alone plus I just like using something that not everyone else is running. also ive come across too many diamond skin ele’s that a full condi build would be shut down. but hey to each their own really
I did try out lb with these runes and something felt off to me, it could be just that im stuck in my ways with the axe/horn. or maybe it was because I was still using 02660 what build did you use with lb?
I haven’t tried it. right now i’m just obsessed with trying to stack max bleeds and ive come to find out that madking runes with entangle and hunters call is insane (what I mean is ive never tried the flame legion runes, but I do love torch when I run a full condi build)
thanks for the compliment Jim Hunter, its very rare if someone asks me what my build is I guess I mostly get labeled as a condi ranger even though im more power guess its just the 25stack of bleeds
