You should aim for the following stats, I take in consideration my current build as roamer lightning rod:

Power= 2k+
Toughness=1.8k+
Vitality=15k+
Crit dmg= 185%+
Crit chance= 30%+
Healing Power= 420+

I’m power based so don’t really bother that much about condi dmg, with this said it’s still added pressure, so a little doesn’t hurt.

Use a mix of knight/Valkrye/sentinel for the armor; for the trinkets : captain-cavalier-celestial(rings and earrings are easy to come by)-zerker. As weapons go cavalier main and rest depends on you ( a vitality weapon maybe)

how u get 420+ healing power now?

Go with a support build/ranged, so that you can focus on leading. Melee players usually get tunnelvision, which is somewhat restrictive in regards to leadership roles.

support like healway 0 0 2 6 6? or classic meta build 0 0 6 4 4 with soldier gear?
