I support this aswell! API’s have been great ever since they were release and look how many cool ideas people have! With the possibility of getting your chatlog output im sure there are a lot nice ways to use that information! There might be stuff we couldnt think of directly which can have a huge impact on the RP, Raid or every other part of the community.
I for myself love to be able to have a DPS Meter, improving your Guild / Groups. Raiding is a new type of content and it is harder than the usual dungeons/fractals.
Since the implementation of raids i believe a lot of people have improved quite a lot since then, trying new builds, new compositions etc.
A Damage Meter would only support this, also a meter that gets official data. About the elitism and people getting kicked… i see where people come from to say that. It’s not nice being kicked. But as stated above Raid is a new type and you have to step up your game. If you’re “bad” and you drag your team down you’re literally wasting their time.
Anything can be taken the toxic way. But for example you could also use such services to spot the problem and support your guildmates. Sometimes people may not know that they’re the problem. Such Services would show at least the Damage and if there is some Problem in Build/Rotation/Gear you could help your guildmate improve.
Most important question:
What is the most ugliest thing Agent Spire from CoE has seen? What kind of monstrosities are out there
Introduction
Hello everyone. Since Raids are deactivated now and i had a chance of experience them i want to give my feedback regarding the new Raid.
On the first day i made it in the raid with 2 more people then the UI broke. We just thought lets try these mobs and started Killing the Green and Red Guardian. They were rather easy and we were quite disappointed that it is so easy to kill them. (We had no boonstrip for the blue one)
But as i could experience the raid now with a 10 Man Group yesterday i changed my mind completely from a little disappointed boy to an impressed one. We killed the first Guardians and that was pretty easy. (As it probably should be). And then there he was the Vale Guardian. When we started the fight we realized pretty soon that this fight is not only “lets kill a boss” but also needs some nice coordination between the squad itself.
So now to the Feedback itself. This fight was amazing. This is the content i was waiting for. The idea to introduce the boss mechanic by the “trash guardians” is an interesting idea .(Even though i like to just go in a bossfight and dont know what will happen :P)
Graphics
The area itself and the boss effects are beautiful. I like the style of this ruins very much.
It perfectly fits into this jungle theme. At some points it can get a little much with effect overload tho. (in combat)
Mechanics
Speaking about the Mechanics this first encounter was pretty solid. You have to watch out for the field to stand in with your people. Keep the People alive. Deal damage and coordinate well together. The boss split is pretty cool and i liked the idea of letting the boss split and seperate the Team giving a challenge there to coordinate “condis to red etc”
Result
For a first encounter this is pretty solid and more than well done. I never thought i’d get such a great raiding experience and you guys have exceeded my expectations by far.
The ideas, mechanics and art is beautifully done and i want to thank you all for giving us this experience.
In my opinion for the First encounter the difficulty was perfect. It was not too easy and not too hard. And this was really nice to bring in as a first raid test.
Keep on doing that work this was awesome and i am looking forward to see more of the raids in the future! And hope the challenge increases with the bosses.
Well done Arenanet. Well done.
tl,dr; Raids are awesome, perfect Difficulty, nice mechanics.
I’ve waited so long for a reply like this. Thank you so much for the clarification.
As mentioned by Dub. GM or Dev representation in EU is not that strong yet.
Hope you guys have some there aswell to check.
Hey i wanted to report some bugs i mentioned.
But first i have a question. If I repeat the bugs to record them is it a ban reason? Or better is getting out of map (without any advantages) a ban reason?
Would love the hear an answer
Here the Bugs:
Location: Super Adventure Box | World 1 Zone 1
Repeatable: Yes
Advantage: No
I made a video to show the bug to get out of the map.

If you get behind the waterfall in world 1 zone 1 and try to jump on the bigger one you can glitch under map. You can repeat this Bug all the time and is not random.
Location: Fractal of the Mists – Ascalon Fractal
Repeatable: Yes
Advantage: Yes!
I made a video to show the bug how to get under the Fractal. I get that bug as i explored the Fractal earlier and tried a little with my teleport :P

Right in the beginning if you leave the tent you can go behind it and blink through the invisible wall. Now you can walk outside and on some point even jump under the map to get in the water.
Advantage here is you can deal damage to npcs etc.
Hope i could help and that the videos are clear.
I do not use any of them to take advantage. Just want to show them.
Also hope to get an answer on my question.
Greetings,
Tyrox
