here is the crash details from my wife’s computer. happens every time i tried to download. so i uninstalled. now it happens when trying to install from the game disc.

what does packfile mean? what could possibly cause this? thanks in advance if you can help.

but now i have a new problem on my wife’s account on her computer. what does this error mean? it even comes up when trying to do the repair.

nothing has changed from my normal playing situation aside from the installation of the 1/28 patch.

but after logging in and clicking the red “PLAY” button on the launcher, the client starts to load but crashes into the “Send report to ArenaNet” window every attempt.
