Toughness or vitality?

Im still undecided what is more beneficial in PvP
Im running condition dmg build around turrets and holding points with some team support. So far I managed to boost my toughness to 2100 but at cost vitality at 950…

What is your experience? Is it better to bost armor or meat under it?

Im a little bit disappointed… I dont want to play grenadier, I like turrets, Elixir gun etc… But turrets are…mediocre. I still play them, but…

Sadly, it seems to me like another situation in another MMO with least played class – gunslighter in SWTOR. Week after week complaining about bugs resulted into minor fixes and bigger nerfing.

And engineer seems to me – a little bit – in similar position of being “perifery class”. Underwater combat fixes…? OK, BoB update is nice, but when you look at swarm of bugs, its really a second rate problem.

I wish devs said anything – we will be brainstorming turret efficiency/ cooldowns and some other cases… But the big silence smells to me like Gunslighter, who looked on care taken in cases of favourite classes and was left behind.

I dont want to whine, the game is still fun, but I want to have multiple choices to be useful part of team… Not just greanade man.

Hello,
I´ve just jumped into game and trying to make a sense from sPvP (I will probably play it most, as I did in GW1).
I was experimenting with turret/ support build, but…Im not sure if Im not too much jack-of-all and none trades.

Finally I managed to put togethet this build…and despite testing, Im too new to really see some potential major problems (I remember haw long took me to really got Degenerating Sin in GW1)

My thoughts are to be offensive through conditions, but rather be the one who holds point with teammates than trying to go 1vs1.

H Elixir – I chose it instead of Healing Turret because of scaling regen bug. Seem to me better with its boons.
Flame turret – Won over Rocket one, but it was close. Maybe I´ll change it back, for Flame speaks Burning and solid effect, for Rocket range…
Elixir Gun – Love it Its versatile, good support weapon to team IMO.
Thumper – Constant AoE damage…not sure if woth a slot, but…I just like its possibilites with overcharge
Supply Crate – I wish it could be Charzooka, but…Supply Crate is really best…

Sooo, any input? What is idiotic, what is missing…(apparently higher dmg dealing). Thanks, Im really in the game two days, so…:)
