It’s a map of the floating rock formations over the spiral (that’s what it looks like to me at least). Perhaps they were drawing up a battle plan. Maybe it was part of a ritual ages ago that caused the formation in the first place.
That’s an interesting theory, Xenth.
I’m still unsure of what it is, but it seems to be… moving. O-o
There were two, close to each other at the time I took the picture, but now there’s only one. And earlier, before I took the picture, there was one closer to Morgan’s Spiral.
Weird stuff, man.

So, I was in Caledon Forest, completing the Morgan Spiral jumping puzzle with a friend when I notice this one the ground (see attachment).
My friend and I have never seen this before, so we’re wondering what it is. Is it something related to Flame And Frost or something else?
Maybe we just haven’t been paying attention..
Any input? Server is Far Shiverpeaks by the way.

What Lies Beneath (WLB) is a very new guild (only just started) that aims to bring fun and happiness to its members.
Server: Desolation [EU]
WLB is a casual and relaxed guild, meaning we do not speed through everything, unless members in our guild want to speed through content with other people who want to as well. Most of us enjoy taking time exploring and generally messing about, as levelling isn’t really an issue. We are currently focusing on PvE, though we will begin doing PvP once we get some members (if they wish to do PvP) and we might just go on to WvW! (Sorry for any disappointment this may cause, but the leader (moi) is a bit new to this whole guild leader thing, so please be patient.)
If you’re carefree, don’t care about getting best gear or whatever, or you just want to socialize and have fun, then join the goonies. ;D
We will also begin doing activities and stuff once we get a decent amount of members (for example, 10).
Note: We do not have a website at this moment of time, apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
If you wish to join, send a PM over here, or contact me on Anastasia Lérice (vasidino.3276) on the Desolation server.
See yews in-game. c:

Home World: Desolation
Guild Name: What Lies Beneath
Guild Website: None. (maybe in the future)
In-Game Contact: Anastasia Lericé (vasidino.3276)
Focus: PvX (though leaning more towards PvE)
Quick Notes: We are still very, very new (only just started) so don’t try joining if you’re looking for a guild with a lot of members. The leader (moi) is kinda new to guild leading, so please be patient. We mostly do PvE, though PvP CAN be done if members wish to. We try to be active and we try to socialize, and most of our members are (or should be) friendly.
Our main goal is to be active, socialize and bring a little colour to our members’ gaming life, maybe even spice up surrounding players’ gaming lives as well. C:
Very relaxed and casual, don’t join if you expect us to speed through everything, quite a few of us take our time. Join if you want to have some fun exploring.;D

Try exploring; there’s little areas in some zones that are hidden, and you have to explore to find them. I think you might find it quite fun actually, if you have nothing else to do.
If you’ve already done all that, then just wait for the up-coming event or do various dungeons, or complete the jumping puzzles if you haven’t already. I also find helping the new players kinda fun.

Maybe we should get special mounts for holiday events or something [like this Halloween, for example]. It would be a nice little touch, and since the Halloween event lasts only a week or so, we can experience what GW2 would be like with mounts. Also, using this, Anet can experiment to see if most of the community will like/dislike mounts, and then, either add them permamently or not.
However, if they do decide to add them, it should be in such a way that only the really skillful/intelligent players do it. Perhaps they could make mounts a secret and like, have some random NPC [like a citizen in Divinity’s Reach or whatever] have a 1/5 chance of giving a mount to a player. This would mean that you wouldn’t see a mount every friggin second, so yeah. :P

I’m calling BS on this one as well. I’ve been playing the game for a month [or more] and I play my first character every day [no alts] and I’m JUST on level 29, going onto 30. I gather, mine and chop down trees all the time. I also do DEs and Hearts and all that stuff. Either you’re not a really casual player [I’m about as casual as anyone can get] or there’s something wrong with the game or something… o3o

I feel so young here, reading all these comments. >.<
Anyway, 13 and thoroughly being entertained as of now. I hate games where ‘the real game starts when you hit level _’, so this game is perfect for me. :P

…absolutely one of the most amazing MMORPGs in the world. :P
ArenaNet, you have done SO much to make us [the players] have the best possible experience in this game, and I thank you. I have played for over a month now, and I am STILL on level 25 [no alts]. Why? Because there is so much to do, I am mostly either trying to do the jumping puzzles, complete a zone, do DE’s and generally EXPLORE to bother worrying about when I’ll reach level 80. Anet has done a splendid job overall with the game, and the general atmosphere, lore, character customisation, and the whole GW2 is absolutely brilliant. Of course, there are a few bugs here and there, however I haven’t bothered to take much note of them, since the pros outweigh the cons by far.
Now, I haven’t reached level 80 yet, so I understand that I may change my opinion when I get there, since a lot of people seem to be complaining about level 80 stuff. Either way, I am extremely thankful to Anet for creating this wonderful game, and can only hope they carry on with keeping this game as brilliant as it is at the moment [although I am quite sure it will become more amazing with new content that MAY be added later on].
To end this, I simply want to say. Thanks Anet, for finally giving me [personally] a MMO that I know I will enjoy for a long time. :P
