Well there goes any fair Race to be the first to finish The raid. Maybe next time you try to test raids in general give as many guilds as you can the chance so there is not this big advantage to the ones invited.

I feel having this sort of race would be very healthy for The high end pve players.

This really is unacceptable behavior from the ANET dev but in a way i can understand where he is coming from he seems very passionate about his idea of what wvw should be like and GvG is not part of this idea. So there really is only one way to make everyone happy and that is to make a GvG mode this the only smart way of solving this conflict for anet and this will make alot more people happy, there will be less rage on the forums plus i’m sure if people was happy playing the game they might spend some money on gems and such.

Taking out the score from wvw not only makes the tier system would not work making it even more unbalanced as it already is.This also will change nothing, if you want to play without caring about score just don’t look at it simple as that. Plus it takes allot of the competitiveness out of wvw and the pride of knowing that you beat your enemies.
also your comment about population top three servers in eu are seafarers rest, vizunah square and piken square,Looking at their population seafarers is high , vizunah is very high and piken is medium this shows that its not just about the population.
