First day playing GW2, rubbish frame rates in the first 10 min set up session then no log in. Please tell me this is not usual as am mightily peed off at spending a load of cash on two pwetty drinks coasters.

I have been playing this since a month after it came out and this is the first time I have had a serious problem. Minor ones have been sorted very quickly and the customer service I have had had been so far really good. Hope this doesnt put you off playing. Its a great game

Been over 4 hours for me…thinking i may spend some time on the sims 3………

Excited when I got to character select…then it crashed the whole thing :///// pushing in on 3 hours now

Managed to get to character select screen after quite a while trying to log in, but it wont let me get any further, ‘play’ just in grey then i get error message
