Looking for a friendly, tight-knit Oceanic guild for Dungeon and PvE in Crystal Desert
I have 6 level 80s, mainly playing on my warrior and elementalist. Please PM me for a chat!
Would love an invite please!
NA Crystal Desert server
Hello! I’ve been playing GW2 for a long time now but i’ve only ever done AC and CM!
Would love to have an experienced mentor guide me through the other dungeons
Thank you! (NA, Crystal Desert)
Exotic gear is pretty affordable!
I reached 80 a few days ago with 15g in my bag.
Then I dug through my bank/collectibles looking for things to sell, and it turns out i had close to 20g worth of random collectibles deposited in there!
More than enough to deck my warrior out in exotic gear, weapons and runes!
I’m a new 80 so if you’d like someone to learn the various dungeon paths together with, feel free to look me up!
bumping up!!
Hello fellow GW2-ers!
I hail from Crystal Desert and have a lv80 Warrior and lv80 Engineer. I’m looking to join a close-knit guild on the CD server that is newbie-friendly and loves to do dungeons. At present, I’m in a guild that is too advanced for me, hardly anyone does the lower dungeons anymore.
Primarily looking for PvE in the GMT+8/Oceanic timezone, I look forward to hearing about your guild soon!
Thank you!
bump! still looking for an awesome group of people to hang out with!

Another nice vid!
Agreed. Stubborn old me is sticking to Axe and Shield even for PvE. They just look and work great!
Exploration EXP is bonus exp for killing a creature that has been around/alive for very long. Which is why I focused on yellow mobs along main roads, and red/yellow mobs in quiet corners of maps – because most people ignore them.
Even with a normal booster I believe you can get exploration exp that is more than double the regular kill exp.
I recently popped my Birthday EXP booster and went on an exploration spree across low level zones, killing yellow named mobs and clearing quiet corners of these zones.
With the exp boost, a level 3 creature can yield around 250 exp + 800 exploration exp, and they take 2 seconds to kill. I got from 70-80 with 19 hours remaining in my birthday booster.
Hope this helps!
IMO Yes it’s worth buying, and there’s no subscription fees after that.
If you happen to be playing on Oceanic timezone, do look me up!
Happy gaming!
Warrior Rifle skill #4 (Brutal Shot) looks like Manny Pacquiao!
Dear Mister Gope, did you try opening the back pack you received? There could be a dictionary inside just for you.
As above, I’ve seen some Axe/Shield builds that includes 10 on Strength for the Dual Wielding trait. Couldn’t find the answer anywhere.
Thank you!
Welcome to GW2 and Warrior-hood!
I’m levelling using Axe/Shield and I’m loving it! I can take on 4-5 at once with no problem. But try everything out and decide which suits your playstyle the most.
All the best!
Sounds like Smaug!
I’m still undecided between Sword/Shield and Axe/Shield. My thoughts:
Sword pros: Massive bleed, Charge skill (sword #2), F1 burst has stun
Sword cons: Slower attack (?), weaker F1 burst damage
Axe pros: Bigger raw damage, strong F1 burst damage
Axe cons: No charge skill
Still more used to axe though, just a little more running. But I agree, X/Shield is totally awesome!
Countess Anise, because she’s hot
Ermmm Option to display latency please?
Try both, in fact try all classes!
I’ve levelled an Ele to 32 before rerolling a Charr Thief, which I’m enjoying immensely. Granted, he’s only 27 but I’ve always been more of a Thief/Assassin kind of player. I also had a few Birthday scrolls that can level my character to 20 straightaway so that helps.
Thief, I feel, requires a lot of movement and awareness so if you enjoy rolling around and bleeding/poisoning/crippling stuff like me then you’ll enjoy Thief a lot!
See you in-game!
