unable to complete support ticket.. will not allow me to use the SEND option in-game and i tried the web page support and had the same problem..
here is my issue..

Mouse look is losing focus and character is not turning like it is supposed to… this happens when i right click on screen to turn.. about 25 % of the time or more the click does not seem to stick and the camera will not turn.. I was reading the forums and there seems to be a possible issue with other players but i thought i would make a ticket.. i am using a logitech 400 mouse with the latest drivers..

same issue o am having. i also have a Logitech mouse.. a G 400. i updated the drivers and it didn’t fix the problem..

As stated in the topic i right click and 70 % of the time i cant use it to steer my guy. almost like it is not interacting with the game.. very hit and miss and makes game play difficult..

i purchased the halloween mini pets in game and they are not showing up in the pick-up tab for the bltc.it says recieved on my items purchased but i have not recieved them..

i had 200 gems then purchased 300 more with the gold trade system.. that all worked fine and i had 500 gems.. so i then purchased the mini pets, and it took the gems but no critters showed up ..

reply i received from support..We would like to apologize for the time it has taken to address your gem purchase issue.

But in regards to your Gem Store purchases, there seems to be some confusion with how in-game mail actually works. You can have only 10 mails from store purchases and other players in your mail box at any one time. If you have old mails in your mail box they could be preventing you from receiving any new mails containing your items. So please delete anything you have in your in-game mail box-after making sure you grab any items or money in there. In some cases deleting a few mails still doesn’t free up the box for pending mail so deleting all mails is the way to go.

this DID fix the problem..

i’d have to say you are stating some of the exact points a friend of mine and i were having tonight.. hope that they do something to make it play better in bg’s.. getting rolled sucks.. doesn’t matter to me if i am winning or losing but shouldn’t feel like 200 against 25 .. tonight on a consistent basis it i was a victim of or saw 1 guy take out like 4 guys… thats bs.. i enjoy the game more when the teams feel even matched and it’s a battle not a slaughter..

NPC is dead and has remained deceased for atleast 24 hours for skill challenge in the Queensland map in the town of Shire of Beetletun..
