Just wanted to record simple FA staff rotation (mostly used by Xera last boss in wing3)

This videos are “average” dps or a bit higher. It depends on the Meteorshower hits.

Sheesh. I spent a few hours the other night really trying to hone my rotation on staff Ele, and I still can only realistically hit about 28k on a large hitbox. I don’t have power infusions, sure, but there’s no way it contributes that much damage. When comparing with the [qT] rotation builds, for some reason staff Ele is the only class where I can’t make within 5% of the expected value on average. Is there some trick that I’m missing here?

EDIT: Now that I’m thinking about it more, I actually think I only put Vulnerability on the golem and didn’t give it burning. That would account for a 10% multiplier I’m missing.

28k is really low dps. Its about good rotation and luck(RNG). Because if i have no RNG i also hit sometimes low numbers with my meteorshower.
I just used FGS for highest dps.
Retreat is a thing… If u would miss Mesmer wells dont use it just AA.

Ah well in holyday’s i was really inactive in youtube but dont rly saw ur channels + videos. There are some nice ideas to use the skills. The arms are also easy to kill with double portal, yes. Need to check more <.<

The new reset ability on mesmer is rly good with portals, but its also rly nice to blink 2 times for 1 portal. So u can get high range skip and get ur group 2 times faster(2blinks) up on high spots.

You should try this in record runs, maybe the hammer fractal or other dungeons will be faster then
