I personally think necro’s are fine. I love playing my necro, I spent a lot of time creating a very effective condition build that does a whole heap of damage. What I have a problem with is being kicked out of groups because ‘NO NECROS EVER’. By people who don’t play the class, and are just ‘programmed’ to hate the class.

IMO, any dungeon/fractal goes 10 times smoother when you have a well played necro. It won’t be as fast kitten zerker warriors or 5 zerker guardians, but that doesn’t mean I deserve to be kicked out of groups when I play my class pretty effectively.

I personally just hate that it’s in the same line as path of corruption and terror. Those 3 traits are so important for a condition build especially in pvp. Fortunately corrupt boon replaces path of corruption and terror is outclassed by MoC.

Here’s my Mordrem Necromancer

I’ve never once heard anybody from Anet say anything about there being or not being an oceanic server.

Some tasks like PvP and bosses like Jade Maw (where you have to pick up the reflecting crystals with limited time) is quite tedious with 300-350 ping.

There’s a build I’m running which kinda takes a little more of a selfish necro role again, however you can still transfer conditions from allies and help them out that way. Nevertheless, currently sitting on 1800 condition damage with full exotic gear, with food, potion, and the might you get from blood is power/signets of suffering it goes up to 2400 condition damage and 1800 toughness. (Runes of the undead).

so what you mean is, necro nerf again? because why not…

Consume Conditions? Plague while running Master of Corruption will Poison and blind yourself? Higher cooldown on CoCo?

None of this makes sense, I wish I could just see what you planned with these changes..

It’s also unfair to my friends whom I convinced only last week to buy the game and level for when the expansion comes. They could have just waited till today and got the game for free…

Seriously unfair, I finally convinced my girlfriend and another friend to pick up the game since it was only $40. Now they release this and I find out they could have got the game free. What a big “kitten you”.

What about people who got the game last week? They wasted their money and could have got the game for free… ?
