Incident number 121222-001240 concerning rollback of hacked account, updated ticket to try and hasten response. Still awaiting rollback, 8 days now, losing patience. Don’t want to be negative, but I have gone from playing on my account everyday for months to not being able to play at all for over a week missing out on time to play during my time off, checking everyday for any kind of update from support but its the same everyday, nothing. incidents 121222-003317 and 121222-001240, still awaiting response, 7 days now. need that account restoration seriously, please give me some information, should I update my ticket? what do i need to do? also id be very pleased to have the hackers ip address from china off of my authorization list as soon as possible.

121222-003317 and 121222-001240 are my incident numbers concerning my hacked account from December 22 at 1 am and then 2 pm, it’s been almost 4 days without an update or any information about restoration or rollback. Eagerly awaiting a response, trying to be patient though, Gaile can you give me any idea of the status of my restoration? Would like to get back to playing while I still have time off. Thank you.

It’s Christmas and all we want is our accounts the way they were before the hacking back, that would be the greatest gift.

MY account was hacked, i lost 700 hours of progress, the hacker cleared everything i had in my inventory/bank. I was gone for 5 hours, only 5 hours and they had cleared it all and destroyed all my (cultural tier 3) gear. they even cleared my guild’s bank being that im an officer in the guild. How on earth can we be left so defenseless, why are we not being protected, we can only protect our accounts to a certain point. I have not in my hours upon hours of researching the web been able to find ANYONE who has been able to get their gold and gear restored. im losing faith honestly, i love guild wars, and i want to play already. If anybody has had there account rolled back please post in this forum and give us all some hope!!

Same on my end, i have no idea and its a bit concerning. did you lose absolutely everything you had on your toons eg: gold and gear? i did, and im awaiting a response from arena net to restore it. sad to see my 700 hours flushed down the toliet
