It really is a relief to hear that this tool will be implemented soon, but I still do not have my questions answered from other posts:

Who had the compromised account, 1 month ago, for example, may request to return to the point at which it was committed?

I quote again my case, I had my pre legendary item and other items / gold compromised by a hacker 1 month ago, since then I’ve been posting about this and wondering if it is possible to return before this sale? is this possible?

If they are able to restore to a point before the tool was implemented, you’d loose xp, gold, etc – everything – you’ve done since your account was jacked and restored to you.

On All characters.

Do not mind having to roll back a month to recover from my account just like there was 1 month ago.

With my pre legendary bow The Lover, and my other items…

No further gold, has spent more than 80 again trying to make The lover … I’m about to give up playing, I was pretty upset about that these days I played. a sense of loss, their hands tied.

I have played wow, lineage, several online games, use my email for years and have never been hacked.

Working with computers, my passwords are hard with especials characters, to difficult an action for hacker people.

I do not know why I had my account compromised, but it took me a good, got in touch with anet, got the account back, I changed all my passwords.

My only problem is my pré-cursor bow , I can not understand why they are so hard to see the server logs of the day I was hacked (there must be tools for that, to filter this information)

Or look at all the prints I sent, showing the historic trading post, the item sold. look at all that gold was sent from my account to a third I do not know who is.

And just get the gold that other account and return my item. That’s all I wanted.

I take care of all my passwords and everything, but it happened, they should have a way to see where it was sent to my gold or my items, and restore it, especially when dealing with a rare item such as The Lover.

Seriously, it makes me sick.

The guy breaks into, steals, profits. I, the customer, should be protected from these things, I get just one, we can do nothing.

I had my account compromised are 25 days.

Regained access the account after 2 days and realized that my items had been stolen.

You know what upsets me about all this:

You get your account hacked, your pre-cursor sold for a measly 87g ..

Arena Net to prove theft of account, have the account restored, and then be told that they have no tool to get you to return your item sold by the hacker.

Seriously, has spent more 50gold trying again my The Lover and nothing …

Good evening, I went just now in my account after a few days without playing and noticed some strange situations, many items are purchased on the TP logo than 3 days at least, almost all my gold stolen, my most valuable item, the lover bow had been sold in TP and other things, open ticket and got no response, I wonder if you can restore the items / gold to me were stolen, looking through the server logs believe it is possible to verify that the I was there 3 days?

In print, an example of items that were not purchased by me, has at least 30 pages like these, with these random items purchased, waiting position on the case, I have taken steps to protect my account, changing the password to a more difficult to be discovered

As informed in the other 4 times to open ticket into the game, the trading post was buggy when I sold several items, including octoplasma and have not enabled the option to get the gold, you can see the print attached which sold items but I could not get the gold, please kindly check the logs, I have in this gold bag is before sales before this happened two days ago when the TP was falling and turning. It’s frustrating that kind of bug, that is very difficult to get gold in the game and start the game bug on this issue, there complicates.
