How long does it take between replies? I got one reply and nothing else since a day. I might just get a refund, the support is a flipping joke and its nothing but a frustrating mess.

So I got a reply from support, and I responded. Now, I have no reply again a day later. Am I going to have to wait another five days? ugh..

It seems like so many people have this issue but less than 20% of them it seems have actually had it fixed. Why is this taking so long, i’m starting to get really frustrated

Well that’s good news I guess, I still have no response from anything or anyone. GaileGray apparently checked my ticket but no response either. Guess there’s nothing left to do but twiddle my thumbs and listen as my friends all enjoy GW2 without me.
I did not get a response at all, not even automated. Should I remake the ticket?
Tell me the number and I’ll take a peek.

Same, by many of us. Put in a ticket and wait..
My account has been suspended for unauthorized access as I was playing it and my guild is doing events today and in the next 5 hours and if I am not there I may get kicked..It’s a simple issue that takes 5 minutes to correct but where is support? I have not heard a thing. I sent in a ticket early last night.

This issue needs to be fixed now..I feel like a bum that I keep posting in threads but they need to be aware this is a big issue for many people who are locked out of a product they have just paid $60 (or over) for.
I’m not even getting an automated reply. I feel completely useless. Not even 2 days after buying the game I’m locked out of my account for no real reason.

It seems to me like they bummed out on support costs by trying to automate 75% of issues. I’m locked out of my account as I was playing on it because of a ‘hacker’ when really my router just died and the automation system has me locked until they read my ticket and fix it. Which will probably take 5+ days. This is just stupid.

Same problem here. I was playing the game at the time of the supposed ‘hack’ Hurry up support, this is ridiculous
