Achievements “Wurm Bait”, can’t be completed.

Near the end of the Amber Escort (right most escort) is a Plagued Carrier Abomination with a yellow icon on top of his head. Kill him and then run to his corpse quickly,

but we can’t get the Wurm Attractant buff.

Why is this different from other tasks, I do not know whether to have failed, it’s a bug?

Hello,i want upgrade 2 infused ascended ring in the Mystic Forge using 1 Agonized Essence, 1 +1 Agony Infusion and 1 Philosopher’s Stone?but Mystic Forge interface does not show my rings.
