Any tips on how to solve my disabled ‘redeem’ button ?

p.s. gem bar is random typing

Don’t those kind of interfaces only unlock the button if you enter a valid code? Perhaps the one you typed/pasted in had an errant hyphen or something that made it appear invalid?

If I enter my valid code it’s still disabled

It’s a bug and they know about it.

Just to update everyone, we’ve identified a probable cause for this issue and we’re working towards a solution at the moment. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Ok. I hope they’ll fix it soon enough :/ (want my haunted gramophone)

Real quick question, however. Are there any spaces in your code? With the last few cards I got I have had to enter the spaces between the groups of letters/numbers in order for them to work.
