If any of my characters have teleported at any time since I entered the game I cannot use the BLTC AH function. I must quit the game to desktop and re-log into the game.

I’ve had this blank TP for going on two weeks now, and in numerous posts, tickets, etc. have not seen one response from Anet on the issue. Clearly many are starting to have this problem. The most I found was a post by an Anet employee on cursenetwork with a rude comment of “Oh, thats too bad because the TP really has a lot of fun things going on.” Ya, thanks for that Anet…

i had purchased 1600 gems and i paid for 2 armor skins and a mini pack and have yet to received any of my items they show up on my recent purchases my gems were deducted and iv sent in around 6 support messages with screenshots attached and i haven’t gotten a reply i just want my armor skins man im guessing im not the only person that’s had this issue

I’ve had this problem a few times and I think I’ve tracked down the cause. This seems to be repeatable if you use the link at the top of the screen or access the trading post via a vendor. The one I used for this test was in the Black Citadel for reference.

The problem seems to be if you search for an item upon entering the trading post (In my case a Hearty Soft Inscription) and you use the auto suggested option that appears below the search bar, the interface returns the results and the loading icon is visible in the middle of the interface. The icon remains there until you close the Trading Post and doesn’t allow you to click any of the search results.

If you search by typing the full name of the item and don’t use the suggested search result, the interface works fine and you can then select any of the suggested search results for future searches without the interface breaking. This continues to work until you close and re-open the Trading Post

I’ve also purchased items on the gem post and not gotten them. A pack of critters and my devil horns, neither has arrived and I’ve submitted a bug report in game.

I purchased a 5 pack of Black Lion keys and tried to get the devil horns, and nothing showed up in the mail! I’ve tried re-logging and rebooting. Help!

Hey! I tried clearing out my email inbox, b/c it can only hold 10 system mails (BLT, player, etc.) Turns out I had a backlog of gold spammers filling my inbox and the BLT items arrived after I cleaned it out. I can only hope this helps more people!

I have bought 5 Black Lion Keys for 450 Gems 10 minutes ago and haven’t recieved them yet. Relogged… still no keys

Have the same problem regarding the black lion keys. Bought 5 x Black Lion Keys about 30min ago. So far nothing…

I bought 2 Black Lion Keys for 250 Gems and I still haven’t received them yet. Please sort it out! =(

I received my stuff already. Just had to make more space in my mailbox..

Clicking on an item in Transactions tab still takes you to a Buy screen while still on the transactions tab. To get back to your transactions page, you have to click Buy tab (though you should already be in it), then back to transactions, then drop down box, then Items I’m buying, then next page, next page, next page. All of that should be replaced with a single back button.

Also “seconds ago” when it was actually half a day ago. Seems like such an easy thing to fix.

I’m still having this problem too, except that after quitting and reloading the game didn’t resolve the issue. No BLTC for me since the update.

Cannot buy or sell anything and gemcount doesn’t show up.

I can fix it by resetting my router.

A few people, including me, having this problem here.

I’ve also attempted to purchase the devil horns over the past two days and have yet to receive mail with the item.

I cannot buy or sell anything on the TP and I cannot get the devil horns. How soon will this be fixed? Please help!

I cant search .. the search field is permanently greyed out. I can’t sell as that page remains stubbornly blank. The unreliable nature of the TP, for me, has been ongoing since launch. Is there any schedule for sorting it out. It is becoming more frustrating by the day. All reports seemed to be dumped in this thread and ignored.

I am unable to sell on the trading post as it shows a blank screen. I am able to buy, and was able to sell until yesterday.

trading post is completely non-functional for me tonight; impossible to buy or sell anything.

I can see sell orders, however the buy and place order buttons are greyed out.

EDIT: Relogging seems to fix the problem.

No matter how many times I try, I cannot get into the black lion trading post!
Not sure if this is because I am playing in the mac beta or not…

Got another bug that says that , the order couldn’t be placed, also discovered that the order is actually placed, and therefore you may place more than one order, and it may cost you some money, lost around 30 silver cause I thought I never got my order placed, and it was like “stacking up”, and then I got a bit disappointed, as I get twice as much as I ordered, In this case this wasn’t a big deal for me, cause I will craft with it so, but please fix this as soon as possible

Also only seem to happen to some of the items in the TP, for me it was Steel ingot, and seasoned wood log, and unidentified dye, there may be more items that is bugged like this

2. Download the program from the link below:

3. Run the program. You will probably have to click `run’ or `allow’ a couple times, but after that, nothing will appear.

If you run the program and nothing happends that’s ok, it is as it should be.

4. Open the Game Client and try to access the trading post.

Additionally we request that you delete your local.dat file, which can be located in your Documents > Guild Wars 2

I got that from their customer support yet it has done nothing for me. I’ve also reinstalled the game with the same issue.

If anyone can find a fix let me know.

thank you but this hasnt been my first post on it though it has gotten better then when at launch as i can actually buy things but cant sell as with before it was nothing

ive already done everything suggested with no change in behavior but i keep updating here so it has been documented and lets the devs know what changes have occurred

ok well i follow their instructions as posted above and still didn’t work
they told me to run guildwars2.exe as admin and now it is working
for how long we shall see

I got problem with the TP – I’m unable to sell my stuff on the TP, because both ‘Sell on trading post’ and ‘My transactions’ panels are empty (despite the fact I do have pending transactions and I do have items that are sell-able in my equipment). When I click them nothing happens and the panel is empty, and no icon suggest that it’s loading (waited 5 mins). Other panels of TP work fine. Yesterday everything was OK.

I just tried to purchase the Halloween Mini pet pack today and lost 500 gems with nothing mailed to me. It does show in the history that I purchased it in the purchase history. My mail is not full so I know that is not the problem.

Mkay, I have a whole list of things. My Trading Post will not let me buy anything. I’m starting to go crazy and I’d adore being able to spend my money.

…Darn it. I was so proud of this presentation, too! What those screenshots do not show anymore, is my cursor uselessly hovering over the buttons. All I can do is select my filter options if I go for making a specific offer… Or outright do nothing if I try to click on the buy button. Only window I have an issue on.

I have run the -repair trick, but I do not know of anything else that might work… Tried various workarounds, like changing my language or changing the size of my UI. Negative. Tried closing all the way out, tried restarting my computer…. Are there any other things I might try?

People told me to restart my client but that didnt help even after I restarted my client several times.

Same problem with me, as well.

I can’t do anything to make the search function work but as fr not being able to sell etc. In my case, I run the client as administrator and then select a character. I check the TP to see if I can sell. If the page comes back blank I log out completely. I then log back in and select the same character. Chances are it will now load up the selling page and I can get some trading done. Sometimes I have to repeat this to poke it into action. Once I have the sell page up I can log out and in on another character and it will still be ok. Shouldn’t have to do this but it keeps me going till they fix it. Obviously, for some odd reason its not seen as a priority. Just like Age of Conan all over again.

In my case, I run the client as administrator and then select a character. I check the TP to see if I can sell. If the page comes back blank I log out completely. I then log back in and select the same character. Chances are it will now load up the selling page and I can get some trading done.

Okay, running as administrator solves that problem for me. Every time I run as administrator, the Trading Post works… and every time I don’t, it /doesn’t/. I don’t get the logic here, but at least I’m not stuck with a full inventory OR a loss anymore.

I got this problem. TP is blank page. No information appear on TP ….
My gold still inside TP , I offering the precursor.
I cannot do anythings to sell or buy the items from TP.
Still no answer or fix this problem?

The trading Post works fine most of the time, but now and then it does not work. I open it search for something then the first page of items pop up and then it’s stuck on “loading”.

I see the items, but the yellow load circle just keeps spinning around and around. I can’t interact with the items, I can search again but same thing, it’s not a particular item. This happends when I use both the filters and search for a lot of items within a range or a certain item with name.

The only thing I’ve seen working is basicly to just close the trading post and look back in a bit too see it it’s working again. I’m not sure it is due to server lag, lag on my side or maybe something else I’m not aware of.

My problem is , that the TP neither list any of my items when i want to sell something, nor the list of stuff I’m selling. I cant still browse what’s on sale thought.

I can’t sell anything on the TP. I can buy, but I can’t see the stats of what I’m buying.

Seems like I’m not the only one…

No prices show up in my Trading Post. You can see the items but not how much they cost. I restarted/ uninstalled & reinstalled, but nothing makes it work correctly.

Blank TP and Gem Store screens. Happened a month ago for about 2 weeks, resolved itself shortly after i reported it in this thread, now happening again for about a week.

Details:

- Blank screen for both TP and GS
- Gem count shows correctly in tiny text bottom left corner of TP screen, but not on the top left corner of GS screen
- Windows 7 Home x64
- Graphics set to “Best Performance” option

Things I’ve tried:

- Restart client
- delete /Users/me/Documents/Guild Wars 2/Local.dat
- Checked Windows time to make sure it’s correctly sync’d

No luck.

I was able to buy and sell stuff on tp yesterday but suddenly i can’t . . .

When will you fix this bug?

The last I heard about the TP is that Quality Assurance is working on it and that wa about a month or so ago. I still am unable to see anything. I get the little gold moving circle like it wants to let me see, then the circle goes POOF. I did everything NCSoft and ANet told me to do except doing something to my router. I will not touch it because I am afraid I will really screw something up.

I have the same problem as others have suggested, I cannot BUY or SELL anything on the TP. Sometimes I can see the stats of the item, sometimes not too.

Today my SELL tab was blank also, perhaps just a today bug, I don’t know.

Bought witch outfit from the TP gem store, received the bow, opened the box which turned out to be 4 items and didn’t have space for them.. Made space, pressed “Take All” and the outfit vanished. At least I hoped I pressed “Take all”, there should be a confirm on the “Delete all”, right?

I have been selling a couple of items on TP to match highest buyer. However they coin has never come through??

I have twice tried to buy five mystic forge stones with gems i have exchanged with gold, both times the gems were used but no item’s received via mail.Between theese two purchases has been atleast eight hours.

EDIT: This has been solved once i deleted my old mail’s in the box

Suddenly I can’t sell anything in TP today. And it won’t show me the stats of items I want to buy.
Hope this will be fixed.

Worked yesterday for the first time in two weeks, broken again today.

If any ANet staff reading this, is there anything we can do to help troubleshoot this problem? Getting really annoying, would love to help fix it.

I just deleted about 5 of my previous messages and suddenly all of the items and e-mails sent to me over the last four days started showing up. Thank you for posting an update.
