I’m a pragmatist by nature. DB is going to win, most likely. But look at povV’s post. How many people are just going to do something else and not put up a fight? That’s fairweather to the extreme. What if it was Mag/CD/Ebay? Mag would win, right? But I’m sure the Mag folks would like it if CD and Ebay at least tried.

The alternative is to go back to static/stable/stale tiers. It’s really hard for me to believe that anyone who is intellectually honest would prefer that.

Truth be told I didn’t follow any such threads because I believe in the system implemented and I’m not a big whiner. So I guess I’m less informed on the matter than you are. Still, if those ideas were so great, ANet would have considered them. Perhaps they only seem great on the surface.

That’s true, jealousy is only part of it. It’s also partly a culture of emo people who like to be different. And it’s partly a dislike of a system which rewards population imbalance. Either way it’s all whinning.

Pretty early, but Mag is putting up a good fight.

They are certainly capable fighters, if they can keep this up they have a shot at winning.

Are you a recent xfer onto the bandwagon? You must not remember NNK + TFV pvdooring Mag down to 0 ppt pretty much every night.

Considering we have a fraction of the WvW population of the other two servers I was really enjoying holding the bottom half of BD borderlands…

I knew it would come to an end but I didn’t expect the late night crew to blatantly exploit.

Just fought about 50 DB on their borderlands, 1:40 am eastern time.

Can you explain to me how you were able to shoot past our bridge with arrow carts in hills?

If I’m wrong just show me where you place carts to do that, and how you AOE the Tower Lord from on the ground as well.

It’s interesting that you say that, because I have been running with my guild and we haven’t once run from a fight. However, I have witnessed plenty of Mag and SBI running off from us with odds that, if the tables were turned, would not prompt US to run away.

Note to SBI: You guys may be considered the underdog but we are enjoying playing against you and you are doing a good job working with what you have.

Mag will give out some good NA timezone fight, but we simply have no way to counter the SEA capabilities of DB. Over/under for DB SEA primetime maxing out ppt is 3.5.

As far as official records, RE has only lost an official GvG to VoTF, a Euro guild.
