Randomized WvW = enjoyable for me. I’m sure we’ll get severely worked at some point by a higher-PPT server, and I’ll learn stuff, and I’ll wait for next week

Fun fights tonight! I am really enjoying SoS moved lately and bringing my guildies slowly! but it have been fun!

FA and TC its fun fighting you, way more fun than the last week when we faced SBI and CD. Although I hate the fact that I am against you Jayne </3 xD

Had tons of fun sos bl today, cant believe we got garrison in that reach around move. No one even saw us at water gate. So much loot was had, with many really good fights. Hope the rest of the week is this fun:)

As badly as this system has failed us, having us take DB’s spot in T2’s rondo, SBI got the shorter straw.

I feel good about the fights we’ve had, but FA and TC coverage and numbers are insane. They have enough people to defend two keeps, attack a third, and track our groups on just one BL.

Can’t say I see much promise in this matchup.

SoS probably can’t maintain the three way dynamic that keeps WvW interesting. It feels like TC vs FA with SoS just kind of buzzing around like a bee in the vicinity.

TC will inevitably smash FA in points with better coverage without having to worry about a third server on their tail.

from t4 to t2 in one week – how did this get decided? I can understand perhaps moving up to t3 but this is a bit strange.

Better put my big boy pants on – this week will be tough.

Do you post a screenshot everytime this happens? Seriously, no need to put a guild in the spotlight for something that I’m sure countless players have done. Just last week I was “teabagged” after a 3v1. Just had a laugh about it and respawned.

I really think this was the point of the new matchup system. It’ll be very interesting to see how the points change up after this week. I’m gonna be watching closely.

SoS: Had a lot of fun playing cat and mouse with you guys around Bay and Briar all night. You guys don’t quit, even when things are hard, and you’re outmanned. I admire your spirit! Keep fighting hard! Your glicko points are improving quite a bit.

TC’s match against SoS and (i think it was GoM) waaaaay back in october was the match where i first started leading a map. i remember going against your aussie crews every night. we’d start out with all 3 orbs each time, and the full map, and do everything we could to try to defend all of it. my crowning achievement that week was making y’all take 8 hours to do it. that match, however is what really got me hooked on WvW, and actually ended up defining my play style. i said something during that match that really summed up our situation. “we don’t have the luxury of trying to decide what to take. the best we can do is try to decide which order to lose it all in.”

i heard that your aussie crew isn’t as large as it once was, but is still very strong. i look forward to locking horns with you every night this week, and more fun and frantic times.

Yep, it was GoM. That was an incredible match, the final score looked fairly even but the actual dynamic ended up as TC/SoS trading full maps based on time zones and TC winning out by having the full map for slightly longer periods of time every day (poor GoM just stood by and took what they could). I don’t think MOS has records of that match (it was something like 3 weeks after release) but the income graphs would have been extremely amusing.

12 hour shift takes it toll lol had a great time in wvw today. It’s interesting fighting two servers with extremely different tactics. Generally tier to tier the tactics are shared to a large extent by the participants. Not so with Tc and fa.

I only request one thing and that is for TC and FA to show some small respect. I have noticed today so far there are a few guilds on TC one with tag INCV I believe that will /laugh when they kill players. This will be like a 40 man zerg versus 15-20 people on SoS. Granted were not as strong as we used to be because of players migrating to other servers. When I kill players and it was a good fight they deserve respect. Please /bow

After months of fighting each other, FA and TC look forward to fresh challenges. New tiers, are unveiled, FA and TC turn to each other and say…

FA playing with us(SoS). Just stacking and ranging us, and still managing to wipe us. This is by far one of the most interesting matchups for SoS in a long time
