Yep. We faced both SFR and Viz three times. Four out of seven matches with one or the other, or both. SFR and Viz only faced each other twice.

Doesn’t matter though. I don’t think anyone had any grand expectations going in

Piken gets the 2nd place against Vizunah one time (maybe two times, after this week). SFR gets third place.
3 matchs Piken/Vizunah: Piken gets (maybe) 6 points.
2 matchs SFR/Vizunah: SFR gets (maybe) 2 points.
3 matchs SFR/Piken: SFR gets (maybe) 7 points, Piken gets (maybe) 5 points.
Piken missed his 2nd place when it finished 3rd against SFR.

But yes, bad matchups for Piken.

Yes, we don’t know. It wasn’t RiverSide but Elona Reach. SFR opened the doors, ER got the tower/keep.

Nemis, we have same problem with our TS, but only in special matchups.
That DDoS really sucks, and usually just happens when TS is really needed.

And after week 1 Piken camped our spawn during Vizu stands in our keep, you maybe shouldnt wonder u get the same back. Maybe it is the fault of all?

Edit: i hope there is no league 2, i really hate that kind of playing wvw.

And..Really interest thing when we play SFR then our ts is under attack.. Hmm…

You don’t be happy if a server did that to you. Only one doesn’t sink to this level. You can fairly well to win…

We were not that lucky, most guilds took vacation n will be back after the league
SFR wvw guilds literally hates queues, but it’s back to normal now 5-15min at prime ^^

Thanks to Piken and Vizunah to both focus us and made us lose so many WTJ n PVE slackers, you saved/solved our queue problem and we will get our guilds back
(I am not saying double team, it’s just logic game stratergy)

Thanks to the league, we finally had time to train our pugs and pug commanders.
We don’t have to end our pug raids early before guild raids.
All of our new pug commanders had a chans to lead and improve
You made us see how important it is to put scouts in towers n keeps.
We have more people willing to scout, cap bloodlust, camps n etc now.

We didn’t win the league but we got more back in return from it.
It’s a better reward than ANET could offer us
Hope we get more double focus by 2 servers in the future.
You made us stronger <3

I hope we get some fights like yesterday, was really awesome what a fight Piken gave us.

we could have requested a +40 guild prime time sounds fair? naaaah.
9 guilds asked 7 of those bloob. the 2 that i thought fitted one of them wanted to come season 2 and the other is rich of course.

I’m sure Troma told you not to be a jerk on forums. Don’t have to remove your sig either, we know you are part of GC.

Just popping by to thank Piken and Vizunah for a fun matchup, and congratulate Vizunah to their victory in season 1. SFR didn’t win the PPT-war, but I still enjoyed this matchup (especially that epic battle for SFR garrison).

Wemil maybe failed to use omegas, but i think no one else have failed to take a keep with 20-30omega rush of all the EU servers ^^
You used up to 50 omegas on our EB keep once, wave after wave of omegas came in and none of them got out alive

@Troma sad to hear GC will sleep after this, your “Guild” could improved and give us alot of fun fights in the future.
It could be your tactic to go super bunky n low dps, just saying that train could be a real pain train if you change some traits n builds

The post of Faunus is very uncool, has i told him minuts ago.

Well, thank’s for this epic grand final. We kept GCK for this, and we didn’t regret it. Everytime we went outside it was epic, thank’s to Piken and Seafarer fighters. Beasty,

GCK is not GC:

GC (Grand Cross) = the WvW alliance since day one of Vizunah
GCK (Grand Cross Knights) = special frontline force of war/guards veterans, composed of some VS guilds members, with strict rules and codex. Made for open field, protect VS, and very dangerous situations. It’s part of our tactic, the bunky n low dps ! Yesterday, we were also charged by a big SFR army (the double to be exact) and tanked it well before fall. We did also very nice fights and double attacks.

But now the league is over, the Knights goes back to sleep, they were made for big challenges like this in grand part. That’s better like this.

Congrats to Viz for p1 in Season One, you guys did the best job for the last 7 weeks, awesome ppt plays and the overall coverage, like eg. >allways got at least 2 people on camps at any given time, >allways escorting dolys etc. So again congradulations and hoefully you will have a harder time come next season with SFR “rebuilt” by Kresh and the overall community, and new SFR playstyle etc.
Was a pleasure, and hopefully ANet adresses the queuing system and the map caps for the next season (also no achies please)
