Ok so I’ve dont the story dung right after it appeared on my ele(Nash Von Hell), and then it got updated. Now i see everyone getting the reward of karma keg, 1g and some other stuff and i got nothing… please some support on this matter, its not fair.

P.S. I’ve done it 3 times after the update – no reward.

You might need to do it again, since it’s been patched. I think this is happening to everyone who completed it before the game was updated.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we were tagged as doing it for today, which would mean no chest for us.

I really hope that’s not the case.

So apparently the dungeon was up prematurely. Well, who knew? Saw in the mail that it was up and went for it. Completed both story and explorable. Got the achievements but no reward.

Do we have to do the instances again to get the rewards? I don’t particularly feel like doing it again, so I hope the rewards will be awarded retroactively.

Got the same problem. did the dungoun before the “big update” and didn’t get my reward, now when i am doing it again i don’t get it please fix this

Same problem.. Please Anet fix it for the people who did it before the update.

I also did the story mode before the patch, then when I heard about there being a reward I tried doing it again (after the patch). No reward either time! When I got the mail about the dungeon I thought it must be ready…

yup same here. I did get the reward for exp mode but not story. I did exp after the latest patch.

How can you access the story mode a second time? I did story mode before the patch and didn’t get a reward. But if I want to go in again, I can only select exploration mode.

The dungeon was accidentally available before the patch, so the rewards that were being hooked up in the patch were not given to those who did it before the patch. Since we only intended for those rewards to be given once, that means players who did the event once cannot get the rewards again, even if they didn’t already get the rewards the first time during the gap before the patch.

We’re working on a solution to the problem though.

I did the solo and am having the same problem, got the achivement, but no rewards. Did it again after the update, but got nothing at all for that.

Yup. Did dungeon and nothing happened at the end. When I relogged after patch dc I did it again and no reward.

A lot of people did both the solo and the exp before the patch. I hope there is a fix sometime.

I did it first pre patch, no reward, but redid it after patch on different character and did get a reward on that one. Worth a try for others as well.

I did it before the patch too,no reward, and now my group has tried 4 times and we can’t beat Noll since they added that electrolyze thing… We get him to about 5% health each time then we’re all dead. There should at least be some counter to it…

Same here, did the story didn’t get anything thought it was weird when I exited the instance and the game started updating.

Lets hope it will get fixed.

Hah, it’s just like how I did the karka event back in November, the server crashed, and I got no reward. Now the server glitches or whatever, I got no reward. I think Southsun is just cursed.

Thank you for saying you will resolve this. I completed story before the patch but explore afterwards.

The chest after my team beat Noll just disappeared in front of us at the moment one of the players opened it… No reward for the rest of the team.

if u do it on a diff toon u will get the reward

Did story in group just after content kicked in. No reward. Did story solo just few mins ago, no reward. Did explo in group got bonus chest and normal chest.

just read this thread and i was on of those who did it after it was available and got no reward from it… hoping for a fix so i don’t miss the rewards

I didn’t get the reward for doing story mode. Looking forward for the fix.

TY for fixing this, I ran it with a group and totally missed everything. Is story mode repeatable? All I get when I go to it now is explorable mode after defeating Null as well. :/

I did both explore and story bosses before the patch …..hopefully this gets fixed soon

In another thread was mentioned that you can do it again and then receive the reward.

Plans are already in the works to make sure people who didn’t get the rewards get it. Just hold steady
