i find the increasue duration a very good idea:D, you have my support for it:)
The problem with magic find is that people are rewarded more for contributing in a fight less than they could have. So consumable duration doesn’t solve anything as that piece of gear will still give less stats but save you some money. If they increased the effect of consumables though you could even get higher stats than with any other gear which is pretty cool when balanced well.

When MF gets kicked, it shouldn’t get replaced with something new.
It should get replaced with something that already exists:
Increase Boon/ Condition Duration + 5-10%
In regard of All Statt, this effect should get either added, or the other stats should get buffed.
For example cureently the stats of an ascendend all stat amulet are 54 points to all stats and +7% crit damage, 4% MF.
These 4% MF should get either converted over to more statpoints (60 points to al stats, +10% crit damage)
or it should stay at the 54 points and add 5% more Boon/Condition Duration

since the new Legendaries have an option to choose the stat-combo, I’d say: do this for magic-find items also – only 1time of course. This way everyone with magicfind gear can choose which stat-combo he wants instead.
(I love the idea about consumable duration… maybe introduce more utility-slots for items…?!)

The pieces that have Magic Find should simply be replaced with pieces that already exist.

They don’t want you to choose between wealth & weak or strong & poor.
Wich – for those that didn’t understand – means they want to get rid of stats in gear that are not good for combat.
That being said, I approve of Marcus Greythorne’s suggestion.
I’m thinking global cooldown reduction. It would be hard to balance but anyone with high cooldown skills would flock to this armor set.
