Guild Wars 2

This is a feature that is intended for players with many characters. The origin of this system comes from Everquest, which is called AA = Alternate Advancement. Legacy System comes from SWTOR which is an updated version of the AA system.
With the Legacy System you not only improve your character further after max level, but you unlock new things for your other characters or account.

What you can unlock is new Armor, Weapons, Pets,Mini-Pets, Skills, Mounts and Races and buffs for your character(s) to show off your dedication to the game.

For players that feel like they are dedicated to GW2 and love the game, this is a great feature and also for those who enjoy the end-game from previous mmorpgs.

Guild Wars 2 has Hall of Monuments.

Perhaps in the near future it will include objectives to meet within Guild Wars 2 itself (with a different NPC vendor).

At the moment it only function between GW1 and GW2.
