I have lots of skins saved up (super skins, dragon wings, slickpack, etc) and was excited that they could all be added to the wardrobe to free up bank space. Unfortunately, doing so causes me to lose the ability to apply that skin without a transmutation charge. So are you guys saying I have to choose between inventory space and transmutation charges now? I think it would make sense that any “skin” item should offer one transmutation charge when added to the wardrobe.

Also, I’d like the equipment/dye/wardrobe windows to navigate a little faster. Right now I need to go through a subsection to get to my gear (which I don’t like), AND there is like a half second fade time before the window changes (I assume for stylization?)

Everything that was said in this thread in addition to this “Duplicate dyes unlocked on multiple characters will be compensated by mailing the player an Unidentified Dye when the second character logs in.”

I don’t ever recall it being said we’d receive an unidentified dye on the run up this quagmire of a patch. I was under the impression we’d receive an exact copy of the dye we had duplicated. So I get a stack and a half of unidentified dyes… What about the 4 or 5 instances of Abyss I had? What about the several Celestials, or the Amneties? What about the dyes that came from special dye sales following world events, toxic dyes and the like? I have no chance of getting them again from the hundreds of unidentified dyes I currently have – not that I need them, but I bought them, I’d like to be able to resell them.

Also, really? Really? Tonics for town clothes? Alright. Even though tonics logically go in the face of everything you were reportedly giving us. They don’t make it more convenient, now I need inventory space and I have to reapply them every time I zone or every fifteen minutes in RP. They don’t add more customization, now everything is picked for me. They can’t be used in combat?

What did I gain, in regards to town clothes? Nothing.

What did I lose? Customization, convenience, ease of access, storage space.

What did you say you were giving us? Customization, convenience, ease of access, storage space.

Hm. That’s just talking about the wardrobe changes. What about RP? Let’s talk for a second about RP. I do a lot of open world RP, mostly Ebonhawke/Queensdale/Kessex on TC. A lot of the stuff we’re able to do as roleplayers comes from having a suitable, quiet environment around us, free of interruptions like world events and griefers. This whole “mega server” (clever name) thing is trouble. Now instead of having a quiet night at the bar in Ebonhawke there’s a dozen extra people loitering around and 5 blue nachos on my screen yelling at me to go do something.

But who am I kidding? You don’t care. There’s 30 pages of people saying the same stuff I’ve just said, and nothing changed, nothing’s going to change.

(P.S., whoever designed the “modesty” clothing to match with the tonics should be dragged out back and beat with a hose. A green vest with brown knee high spurs, khaki skinny jeans and black leather gloves? Honey, no.)

I cannot adequately express how much I like the new system, but I think it needs a few changes that, while a bit programming intensive, would really improve its quality.

1) At bare minimum, we should have a separate head slot for outfits, so we can wear the outfit headgear, our regular headgear, or no headgear. This fixes some problems, like the phantom hood and devil horns no longer being able to be mixed with purchased costumes.

2) It would be preferable if outfits were broken down into their component parts, both so that they could be mixed and matched, and so that portions could be individually dyed. I recognize this might be a lot of work, but removing the mix/match and individual dye capability was a step backward, and telling players soon that this is being considered will swiftly silence a lot of the negativity in this feedback thread.

3) I LOVE the addition of a gathering tools bit to the wardrobe so a character doesn’t have to leave their account bound tools in the bank for others to access them. This is fantastic, and will probably get me to buy account bound tools in the future now. No changes needed here, just excellent decision all around.

4) Following in the vein of #3, it would be nice to add a fourth category (after wardrobe, equipment, and dyes) for passes. Havoc’s Heir and Royal Terrace passes should be easily accessed by everyone on the account as well – this one isn’t even that programming intensive, you guys have already done the setup work. This will win you easy points.

5) Strongly consider making any of the endless tonic town clothes into outfits. I’m sure there must’ve been a reason why you didn’t do this, but all players see is options being taken away from them. The backlash on this is strong, and completely fixable.

6) Keep doing everything else you’re doing. This patch is so chock full of awesome that it changes the flow of the game. Great work!

I have multiple weapons/armor sets that I no longer use which contain expensive sigils/runes which are now worthless because I have no means of recovering/transmuting the upgrades to more relevant items (as they are on unsalvagable items).

Please allow all such items to be salvaged even if it destroys the item and only gives the upgrade (and no crafting materials, etc.). At this point these items merely take up a ton of bank space while serving no purpose, but I dare not delete them because of large amount of gold I have invested in them.

I have a big question. I paid roughly 9 gold for my vigil armor, not including upgrades. I can’t seem to salvage it or put it in the mystic forge. What am I supposed to do with it when I no longer it for stats, but only for the skin? It seems such a waste to pay so much for a merely rare set and not even be able to salvage it or toss it in the forge. I guess I’ll have to have someone with particular armor pieces check their salvageability before I apply any upgrades to any pieces, or perhaps even prior to buying armor or weapons.

My thoughts on the matter were posted here

tl;dr: I really think that a panel should be made for towns clothes, so people can mix, match, and dye. I also think that a given piece of armour should only charge a transmutation charge once per skin applied to it, so people can go back and forth between skins they’ve chosen and paid for (on that armour piece) without being charged multiple times for the same skins. If they select a different piece of armour, or get a new piece, then they have to pay for the selected skins they want for it.

Basically, allow players a greater degree of customization without having to pay gobs of transmutation charges for the same suit of armour.

I don’t understand why the Outfit system suddenly demands everything be reduced to un-mixable un-dyeable homogenized single unit outfits where they already existed in the game before as parts that we could swap around and use as we wished. It would have been easy enough to simply make the Outfit system just be the Town Clothes system we already had but with the ability to wear them during combat, but suddenly we’re forced to wear the whole thing or never again, and god forbid we actually liked some of the extras like the commoner clothes or earmuffs or something since now those are potions and entirely separate…? Why?

And another thing, the rate of conversion on Transmutation Stones and Crystals is completely screwed up and an obvious cash grab. I could potentially have swapped out the skin of my favorite helmet 30 times with a pile of 30 stones that today was only good to be burned up at a rate of 3-for-a-single-charge and only leave me with 10 possible changes. If anything we should have gotten far more charges per stone and crystal but now we’ve been drained and expected to pay more to buy more charges for this new system.

I was hoping I could make a request that wasn’t too much. With the past living stories there were skins earned in chests that didn’t carry over in this update unless you had them on you. I loved my dragon bash wings however they were soulbound and I couldn’t keep them for a few reasons. I was looking forward to the possibility that past unlocks from events would carry into the skin collection.
I think its worth allowing event skins that were earned through the chests to be added to this collection even if they are not on you currently as long as you unlocked them. Is that asking for too much or could it be a possibility still?
There was no way of knowing 6 months to a year ago that this update would happen so I believe it’s fair to ask.

1. As others have said, please add wielded weapon view in wardrobe.

2. This —-->

Please confirm. I have saved a bunch of skins and I am not sure if I should apply or store in vault. If I save them for one free apply, won’t they still go to the vault?

3. The PvP locker is gone in the sPvP lobby, but no bank has been added so we can view the vault (that I can find). Can this be added?

4. Why can’t I look like I did in sPvP before the patch? I primarily did sPvP with my ranger, and was lucky enough to get the Peacemaker’s Short Bow as a drop. Now my shortbow is a sad looking “Rampager’s Soft Wood Short Bow of Corruption” and I need to use 1 transmutation charge to get it back? Does not seem right. I get that we received one for every sPvP rank we received, but that is not a fair trade. It seems like we should get one transmutation charge for every sPvP piece we were wearing. If I change my look, fine. But I didn’t change one piece of armor for every sPvP rank….

5. Why is the outfit slot “checked” by default when there is nothing in the slot?

so the problem i see with the wardrobe system is if you have ascended gear and select the appearance of cultural armor it essentially becomes bound to just that race. for example i have a set of heavy armor ascended gear and i want it to look like the charrs tier 3 set i have to use this new system but if i want to give it to my norn for some reason he cant equip it because it gets a racial restriction on it. so in order to work around this you either have to make a set of ascended gear for every cultural armor set you want for each race/class and or spend the crystals to transmute it into something that will work and then possibly spend more crystals transmuting it back. why didnt they just make the wardrobe system and appearance only and not binding it to the items themselves.

RE: Cook’s Outfit
It transmuted into five copies to cover my five heroes, but produced only one “Frying Pan” which was part of the original set. IMO if five outfits are provide, they should be complete. Also… I do not like that the “combat” helm must be selected to display the Chef’s “toque blanche”. I don’t wear a combat helm and it’s inconvenient to have to select/unselect it to use the Cook’s Outfit.
RE: Clothing Tonics
Bullkitten. I paid real world money for dyeable mix & match, not this kitten crap.
RE: Salvaging
I agree with the poster above. if it’s in my inventory it should be mine to do with what I will, which includes salvaging the item; any item… specifically aqua breathers. I have a few expensive runes I can’t recover because I can’t salvage lower-level aqua breathers.

Probably mentioned many places elsewhere in this and the forums.

Before today’s patch, an item’s “name” was tied to it’s skin. So if you transmuted an item with X skin and name onto item Y’s states, it would hold the name with the new stats.

During the switch, this was changed, so now an item’s “name” is tied to the stat item, not the skin item, leading to things like someone’s “Final Rest” or “The Crossing” now being named “Citadel of Flame Berserker Staff of whatever”, and can be quite jarring, especially if someone tries to link an item when someone asks “What’s that kitten skin?”

Please revert it so that the name of an item is tied to its skin, even if it’s going by the skin’s name in the wardrobe instead of its original name.

oh and dyes…PAY to dye something?! What genius thought that up? Your repugnant money grabbing attempt is going to prompt me to get a refund on my outfits and never spend another cent on GW2 in any way, shape or form.

Dyes should NEVER cost to apply them to outfits/armor. Fire the idiot who thought that one up.

I wish you had taken the time you spent writing that post to actually notice that applying dyes is free but because you can also change skins at the same time it will display the total charge cost even on the dye page (if you have the skin change still in process).

TL;DR applying dyes was and is still free. Only skin changes require charges.

Then i have a bug to report because it didn’t show a 0 in my charges use, it showed a 1 Off to submit a ticket i go.

I have to admit I too m disappointed in how the town clothes have been implemented. I had bought the shorts to go along with one of the tops and had dyed them to match each other and now with them being tonics I can’t wear them together nor can I dye them. And the top they chose to go with the shorts and the bottoms they chose to go with the top makes them not nearly as attractive as they once were.

Also, I loved wearing my aviator glasses with that outfit and now can’t do that either.

Also having the costume weapons acting as tonics and not about to be equipped takes up more inventory space, although I suppose that is offset with not having the need to store the hat’s anymore. But this patch does take away some rather good functionality.

“Gathering Tools” in the wardrobe only works with the sickle; the axe and pick go into an inventory bag.

EDIT: OK… just figured-it-out…
They don’t go into the same “Gathering Tools” screen, each one is moved individually.

EDIT II: Scratch that… it only works for consumable gathering tools, not the “permanent / account-bound” tools. I still haven’t figured-out how to share them between heroes.
Bad design, IMO.

To be honest, I’m already sick of this transmutation bullcrap. I’ve kept this game on my harddrive despite not playing it very much. Why? Because it has potential. Because it is fun. However, if everything’s going to be tied to the godkitten gem store, then I’m not putting up with it. DCUO gives me this system for free, as does LOTRO, as does several other games. Hell, even Diablo rolled this out for a tiny in-game fee (though it could be better implemented).

I quit this game a few weeks after release due to the customization system. It was shown, to me, having the PvP locker visible to where you could pick your look and dyes, and actedvery much like DCUO. That’s the game I Pre-Ordered. Release day came and suddenly the game turned frelling korean on me. While I’m grateful there’s no monthly fee attached to the game, the other games I mentioned have none either, yet still find a way to get customization to me freely.

Here’s the thing: I’m all for buying skins from the gem-shop, alongside released content giving you different skins. I’m all for monetizing peakittens over pay to win. But if I can’t find some way to permanently make the gear I like look the way it does, even when I change gear, then screw it. I just spend several charges thinking this was the way the system worked, and incredibly pleased with the way my characters looked, only to find that every piece of gear now has to be changed.

You already offer a permanent hair change thing, right? Let me buy the customization system then. The people who want just one look can spend tiny amounts for the transmutation stones. Folks like me can spend a lump sum to get full access to the system. I would actually play this game again if I could just stop looking like crap…

Count me among those who desire town clothes to return to how they worked before.

This is severely disappointing to anyone who bought, owned, and used town clothes, as those like myself mixed and matched pieces of town clothing as well as customized their colors to give our characters more unique individuality while making use of town clothes. This is whether we’re RPing, goofing off, taking screenshots, or whatever.

Not only that, but I spent my money on pieces of town clothing I wanted to mix and match in a particular way. Giving me a single outfit I can’t mix and match or color is not what I paid to have.

Who thought it was a good idea to remove customization and functionality from town clothes? Who thought people like RPers would enjoy not being able to mix-match and colorize their town clothes? Who thought this would be something we’d want to continue paying for?

Disappointing and upsetting.

Sadly the Town Clothing situation in this update has been a big disappointment for me.

A tonic that is on a 15 minute timer with no dye – or mix & match options… usually updates is meant to improve the system, not take away a feature that a good portion of your community enjoyed.

Looking at all the screenshots that was posted about people mix and matching their outfits and stating the reason why they enjoy it, I am really surprised the team behind this still decided to go through with this specific change, or at least let everyone know if there are future plans instead of telling people that their gems will be refunded if they don’t like it.

I am hoping that we will see some improvements to this change in the near future.

serious? Every single hoodie was paired with riding pants and riding boots for their tonics? And khaki cargo shorts were paired with the long sleeve layered shirt?

I’m sorry but this is just, well, barf inducing.

And why on earth are people selling them on the TP for 2 gold when they could get a refund in gems worth more than three times that?

I know I am demanding a refund for EVERY….SINGLE…TONIC.

And why in the world were the original town clothes made into useless tonics? not to mention you get 3 endless copies of the idiot tonics for each toon – why? Why didn’t they just make the original town clothes into outfits instead of sticking us with the boring black and red undyable tonics? Blarg – that’s just really lazy design.

While I am quite certain that much hard work went into this portion of the patch, I have to admit that the old wardrobe system provided much more flexibility than before. The tonics, lack of wardrobe mixing, and inability to dye feels like one step forward two steps back. While I’m not a fan of the changes, I am happy to see that they are offering refunds for clothing purchased in the gem store.

The system is nearly as boring and restricted as transmutation stones.

Now I have a wardrobe full of junk skins that were auto-added cluttering everything and i can’t still play with skins without the charge restriction (it’s a lot of gold to just play with them freely on one char, to say across all chars).

The system would be way more fun and uncluttered (and still sell transmute charges) if you could use charges to unlock ONLY the skins that you wanted and then were allowed free transmutes to play with those skins at will.

Why town clothes weren’t converted to outfits or why outfits are a single-piece object is beyond me as well. Was it so hard to make it like Lotro or Rift even after their systems were consistently referenced as good systems during the CDI phase?

I know this has been said before, but I kinda sorta think we should have been getting MORE charges per stone rather than less. The reason is- I use(d) stones primarily on my alts because i have several armor sets on my main that are all set up and I don’t change them too often. I just sort of mess around and play with stuff on my alts, and not all of them are 80. So i usually had about 25 or so stones at any given time before this update that I still used, as opposed to crystals.

Leveling up an alt character usually means you know what to expect as far as low level armor and you want to cover up some of the less desirable armor skins with shinier, cooler looking stuff. This was working fine before because every time I completed an area on one of those characters, I got three stones and could play with their armor as they leveled up. But since now 3 stones = 1 charge, I can’t really play around with low level alts’ armor as much because i’ve run out of charges. It makes sense for lvl 80 characters, because you aren’t changing the way they look as frequently, because you probably already have them in good gear and you aren’t swapping it out literally every ten minutes. But part of the fun of having alts is messing with their armor and weapons and whatnot, and now even though it’s DESIGNED like I should be playing around with the wardrobe all the time, I really can’t actually use it that often.

I almost wish anet would consider the transmutation being a nominal, in game fee. I mean, the cash shop skins still cost real money, so it’s not like they’d lose out on too much. I want to be flooded with charges like I was before or i seriously would be willing to pay game money for it. Because it’s so inviting and so much fun to use, but I already buy things in the cash shop and I don’t really want to spend those gems on charges all the time.

Another suggestion- I REALLY KINDA MISS THE PVP LOCKER. I think the wardrobe system is much better, but I kinda wanna see the stuff I DON’T have, so that I can plan out armor mixes or see ALL of what I DO have, arranged like type, without having to have that particular type of armor or weapon equipped. And I would like to have a guideline for what I had left to collect. Even if there was a button in the wardrobe that said something like ‘show all’ or ‘show only available’.

You can do this at the bank. Apparently there isn’t an NPC with this function in the PvP lobby though. I haven’t been to look, just reporting that second bit as second-hand information…

Would be good if you could use a charge and instead of changing the skin of the item equipped it would it would just equip that look for that gear slot, for example use a charge to have the flame pistol skin linked to my first weapon slot, then i can change my items at will for the stats and the skin will stay the same. Transmution charges could also be used to change dyes, and over time the dyes could fade so you have to use charges again to recolor your gear. this would still encourage people to do all the activitys required to get charges. Just an idea =)

I was looking forward to coming back after this patch as I was under the mistaken impression that I would be able to wear some of my many town clothes sets in combat. Imagine my utter disappointment in finding out not only are they not outfits but their fricking tonics limited to 15 minutes and only used outside combat and non-dyeable…..

What was so hard about making them just outfits we could wear in combat and dye? I didn’t need the mix and matching aspect…

At any rate, I’m considering looking for a refund on all the “new” tonics I have, at least 10 of them across all my characters. And I’m certainly not hanging around long now.

Total disappointment.

The system would be way more fun and uncluttered (and still sell transmute charges) if you could use charges to unlock ONLY the skins that you wanted and then were allowed free transmutes to play with those skins at will.

I second this. This would have been a good way to do it, only use charges to unlock them once in your wardrobe and then use them as often as you see fit without being charged for it.

But how they handled the town clothes irritates me the most. This was not a wise descision, even from an economic standpoint. You robbed the town clothes of all that made them fun and enjoyable. I already submitted a ticket for refund for mine.
Why you couldn’t make a second wardrobe for townclothing is beyond me. We already had the ability to switch between town clothing and armor, was it too difficult to add a townclothing wardrobe to it? It would have encouraged a lot of people to gather all of the townclothes, meaning buy them in the gem store, meaning more sales. But as of now I don’t see how you are expecting us to ever buy town clothes again.

Why are past complete meta achievement rewards not automatically unlocked? I no longer have the Fervid Censer but the game has record of me earning it. Why is it not unlocked?

I was expecting to drop a ton of money, this week, on town clothes – imagine my disappointment when I find out that all the cool town clothes are now badly mismatched tonics with tiny recharges and no customization options? Arrgh! Now I have to force that money back into my wallet (it’d been chewing its way out, you see) and figure out how ta make the best with what we’ve got.

I’m sorry I stepped outta yer box, don’ worry, if
ya whine enough they’ll put me right back.

I’m not sure if it’s been mentioned, but it really bums me out that the item skins we have can’t be added to the vault without destroying, in essence, the free transmutation charge that it comes with.

Is there any chance we could maybe get a single transmutation charge when we add a skin to the vault? It would feel less wasteful, to me. And I could finally ACTUALLY clear out my bank…

- Ugly as sin potions of town clothes with no customization anymore. (How is this better?)
- Glasses on all chars in pve gear is nice but I am really angry about my 4 winter clothes outfits which I used to use as beautiful dresses. (Now with ugly hats and no colour choices)
- Transmuting costs more for low level characters.
- 1 unidentified dye =/= 2 pyre dyes.

HEY DEVS, SEE THIS !!!!!!!

First of all, I think this is pretty awesome because :

  • I will spare a lot of place in my inventory and my bank
  • I can now use all skins obtained by the BLTC on all my char

What disapoint me :

  • Transmutation stone / point rate is pretty low ! I had More than 50 transmut. stone for my low level char (<80), and a this rate, 1 point spent to make them pretty looking is too high
  • All skins I destroyed until now are unusable
  • I have to log in all my chars and equip them with all their equipment, one at the time, to unlock them

About dyes :

  • Actually I had many HIGH COST dyes on more than one char…. And I’m rewarded with unidentified dyes ? I think this is not fair, don’t you ?

I’m a little disappointed in the shape of armor on Charr and Asura.

And the size of the shoulder is disproportionate.

Otherwise, this is the only change that’s fine. The cabinet is nice, but buying loads all the time, it will not. >.>

# Asura because I’m worth it!

Discussed how? There was a lot of information that they were going to do this. There isn’t a single person playing the game who likes it better this way, but they did at least give us warning.

They gave us a few weeks’ worth of warning. They had a “Clearance Sale” on Town Clothes that would be turned into tonics three months ago. If they actually wanted to warn us, they would have told us then— it was confirmed that the system was being developed since the Account Wallet came out, so it’s not like they were lacking in time.

It is absolutely impossible to act on feedback within the span of a few weeks when implementing a change this big. Obviously something went very wrong— they ended up in a time crunch, or a money-grubbing bureaucrat made them try to squeeze more money out of us, or something. I’d like to assume incompetence rather than malice, at least, but at this point I’m beginning to think “both”.

The Megaserver information was also released really late in the process for such a massive change, even later than the announcement that Town Clothes were getting warped beyond recognition as an afterthought in their Wardrobe UI post.

Why would that roleplaying element be removed – I thought it influenced how the game interactions occurred? And I don’t recall seeing that in any of the advance information.

There was thread last week where someone noticed it missing from a dev’s picture or video, or something. There was some minor speculation by forumites but nothing confirmed (of course).

It was in the Wardrobe UI preview post. I noticed that the Personality logo was missing from the preview video and the two preview screenshots. (Which leaves this kinda dumb giant symbol of your class right there with nothing next to it… Yeah, thank you UI, I know I’m a Thief. It says so in words right up there, along WITH the logo. Also I am actually playing the character thank you; I already noticed that I am in fact playing a Thief!) Given that Curtis had already said that they don’t like to leave unsupported systems hanging around, and they haven’t done anything with Personality at all recently… Looks like they decided to declare it “unsupported” and remove it while trying to keep anyone from noticing.

I am absolutely flabbergasted that they actually removed it without telling anyone though! That’s just… I mean… really!? How much can you bungle within a single patch!?

Keep them as unlocked until you actually want to equip them. You can then “use” them as normal, and doing so will unlock the skin. If you select “store in vault” then it takes away the initial free use.

Yeah, I went back and found the thread. I’m completely puzzled about the removal of this feature. Being the optimist, I’m hoping that they are eventually going to redo and reintroduce it. I’m also not (much of) an idiot so I won’t be holding my breath. I don’t think we’ll ever know what happened.

Fire up the Hyperbowl ma, we’re going to town!

Would you like some hard cheeze with your sad whine?

It’s confusing to get everything “set-up” (I spent a good hour and a half last night just logging into my different characters, trying to make sure everything necessary had been unlocked). By that point I was too tired to get much use out of the new features, but I did appreciate the fact that I could now equip my earmuffs on my mesmer for combat <3

The loss of town clothes doesn’t drastically affect me, but I do have to say I still find the new implementation pretty poor for anything that wasn’t converted into armour. The main issue is that I don’t get the functional point of outfits. It’s a clumsy way to allow an extra cosmetic layer on top of your armour.

I think you should have streamlined the clothing ‘channels’ – I mean, now you have armour (split into 3 armour types), outfits and tonics sort of representing outfits. It would have been far better to go the whole hog and separate stats from cosmetics, making what you look like an entirely separate decision to the stats of your armour.

Failing that, I think it would have done Anet great favours to promise, over time, to convert the new ‘tonics’ into actual armour pieces. I know that right now there are technical difficulties in doing so, but surely this could have been completed as a long-term project. The tonic solution is really pointless and half- kitten d.

I guess that’s my main bugbear. The ‘solution’ for outfits/town clothes feels half- kitten d and without any clear point to it. The stuff that works well is the stuff that’s been directly converted to armour. Everything else is neither here nor there. I can’t see myself ever buying an uncustomisable outfit.

Just noticed this gem in the Patch Notes under “New Items and Promotions”:

“Wintersday outfits are available for one week only to celebrate the improvements to outfits with the new Wardrobe system. Pick up outfits in the Style category for 800 gems.”

Dear ANet:
1) Outfits did not exist until today. You cannot celebrate improving them because you cannot have improved something that did not previously exist.

2) Town Clothes no longer exist. You cannot celebrate improving them, because you have removed them, not improved them.

3) Ergo, there is nothing to celebrate, ESPECIALLY not anything that merits giving you money.

I went from 4 good looking town outfits for my main to 0 in a single patch. I’d expected not to be able to properly dye some of them, but all four?

Such a big letdown. Sent my refund request straight away.

If you can read this then it is proof that ArenaNet’s moderators just, kind and fair.
