Gathering Tools Soulbound again?
Because you can get gathering tools through purchase with Karma, and Karma must remain untransferrable.
So they’d either have to eliminate Karma vendors for them thus making the currency more useless again – or keep the tools soulbound. I’m for option B personally…
Some drops are soulbound on acquire, others soulbound on use, others aren’t soulbound even when equipped – only when upgraded/transmuted.
So I don’t see why they can’t make Karma Tools soulbound on acquire, but coin Tools Account Bound.
