In my opinion, the armor is ugly in GW2
Welcome to the world of subjectivity and independent opinion.
Also, I’m assuming that by “Sexy” you really mean “Revealing”.
Medium armour being so would probably invalidate its status as armour, but I can assure you, there are medium sets out there that are ridiculously revealing.
Take the Order of Whispers set for example:
Click to reveal
Yep, nothing says sexy like wearing a burlap sack on your head.
On a more serious note, sure the top is ok, but what’s with the three layers of total coverage on the lower body? I’m not saying we need chainmail thongs, but that’s pretty excessive, for being an example of one of the sexiest most revealing medium armors in the game.

This is from my thread I posted in the suggestion forums..
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/suggestions/Feedback-How-to-improve-models-graphics-some-to-make-more-visually-interesting/first#post425393
How to improve models/graphics to make them more visually interesting and have a ‘OMG’ factor.
First, I want to clarify that I think the graphics in GW2 are AMAZING. The environments and towns, cities, places, etc are breathtaking. The character models are great and even most of the weapons are armors are great…
…but…
I have to say, I feel something is ‘lacking’ in terms of the visuals and overall design of the armors and weapons.
Most to myself and my friends I play with feel very ‘underwhelmed’ when we look at them. We feel that the armor sets and weapons pretty much are one reason many people aren’t trying for them at 80 and have put down the game.
They just aren’t that ‘stunning’ or ‘amazing’ to grind, farm or attempt to acquire. We were talking about this last night on skype while in LA and looking at a lot of max level players. The general consensus was ‘meh’.
I think it comes down to the over-use of hyper-realism on the models/armors and the color schemes, etc…and also..even color scheme/dyes.
One thing that World of Warcraft has always done is a good job of making Tier Armor sets and weapons VERY nice looking over the last 3+ years and making them not only stand out but also making the weapons stand out more even though they have ‘less’ to work with in their engine.
Right now, in GW2, I’ve looked at most of the armor sets and weapons and honestly the weapons just look bland and plain for the most part. Take for example all of the shots from this site
http://dulfy.net/2012/07/21/gw2-armor-previews/
and then lets take WoW’s Tier 14….even though it’s opinion, to my friends and I (and none of us are playing WoW but we still follow it), these WoW sets stand out over anything in GW2. Even has commented on how good the T14 sets look and that they wish GW2 armors and weapons were better looking.
Weapons
http://deazeroth.blogspot.com/2012/03/mists-of-pandaria-beta-new-weapon.html
Obviously WoW is working with less polygons but somehow they make their gear just better looking overall…it’s actually their strength.
Take for example the GW2 Nightmare 2H sword. It’s not only a very badly done model, but the texture and skin on it is god awful.
I think farming out a lot of the ‘art’ and ‘modeling’ to various 3d designers that they did created very different qualities and looks in armor and weapons and the cohesive work of a dedicate group would have been better….more like what WoW has.
I hope GW2 artists don’t take offense, but I think they could do a better job with the armors and weapons. They just are not on par with the environment teams work.
Make them more unique and less ‘average’ looking and spruce up the armors. Underwhelmed is an understatement when you look at say the human cultural weapons, etc.
Don’t go overboard on the poly counts and focus more on the ‘oh my god that is sooo amazing looking’ factor.
Lastly, we need enchantments and glow effects on our gear. That always helps make things look awesome.
I disagree.
I disagree.
That looks like an Nightelf Warlock to me ;(
(edited by Corew.8932)
I disagree.
That’s not really that nice looking.
If you want to see some good armors…go to the MMO champion forums..they have a thread with some good character shots.
Issue is…GW2 is such a wide range of specs, that some peoples screen shots look absolutely horrendous…while others look mind blowing. 64+ pages of shots…some amazing.
http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1184176-Post-your-Character-Screenshot
I disagree.
That looks like an Nightelf Warlock to me ;(
Yuck, makes me think of Rift.
@Apathy
“Waahhh, my blues aren’t super cool looking. There’s plenty of fancy looking armors in the game."
And this is a prime example of why this community is so horrible. OP has a legit complaint and the fanboi posts that. Simply amazing. “Oh noes a negative comment about my game I love. I better flame him.”
The armor is horrible looking and so plain. The look of armor is actually really important in a game and important to a lot of people. People want to look kitten for the effort in getting higher items. Not saying all items should rock, but the higher level and better gear you get should start to look better.
Might I add, even more so in a Barbie MMO such as GW2? Where the “end game”, or at least the biggest part of it, is how one looks?
You must be new too MMO’s. Welcome! But actually in every mmo I have played (which is a lot) a lot of people care who gear looks and want at least decent looking gear and scale it to look better as you get higher up and the level of the item. Just so you know in these mmo’s anyways, SWG, EQ2, WoW, AoC, Warhammer, Aion, Rift, LotR, ToR, CoH, Tera, and yes even GW2, people actually would like to have good looking gear.
Is it going to make people not want to play? Of course not. But it is still a big thing. I know I like having gear that looks cool then 2 little maxipad looking things for shoulders.
Many of us know people buy cars because of the way they look…
People want things that look cool. GW2 weapons don’t look cool. Armors are 50/50.
I would call it underwhelming. Sure there are a few sets for specific races/sexes that look pretty nice but I found exactly one set of late game armor for my male norn warrior that didn’t make him look like he would fall over from being top heavy. It’s the shoulder’s and arms mostly that look out of place. I know he is a big oaf but he doesn’t have to look ridiculous.
Personally, my only issue with the armor is not that it is not revealing enough, but only that there’s a relative lack of variety for certain types of armor. With Light Armor, there’s a lot of vastly different looks you can build for, from an Arabian theme to a peasant outfit to some fairly questionable ones like the Character Creation Mesmer one.
With Medium Armor, with very few exceptions, you will be spending the entire game in a trenchcoat, slacks, boots, and a face mask. I couldn’t even find or craft a hat until Level 30+. This is not to say that the armor is ugly – I used the dye to make some really neat outfits with what I found – but I would have greatly appreciated more variation in the outfits.
For example, a sleeveless top would have been lovely, even if it kept armored gloves. The starter outfit is a great example of this. Or an outfit might have a short cape (think something like Lightning from FFXIII) or a cloak instead of a trenchcoat. The coats are great, but with the exception of a few Dungeon Gears, all the non-starter outfits are trenchcoats and not everyone wants to be locked into exactly one idea of what their class can look like.
My character is a Ranger and I would love to be able to emphasize that with an outfit that looks mobile and convenient for travel, but all of my outfits are heavy layers. It doesn’t make the outfits I have ugly, but I would be very happy to be able to craft or drop a different kind of look than just the one my class is locked into. Hopefully ANet will expand the selection in the future is all.
A pair of regular light armor pants, without buttflap, skirt or whatever please
A matter of taste; I love trench coats, many hate them. That’s OK. The Heritage Armor rocks, for the most part, and it’s what I use on my Guardian, because honestly, the other armor is either too brutal or too dark for my character concept (again, personal bias). Most of my guildies agree that many “elite” armors are just too artificial looking, not pretty at all. I think they went too much mass appeal (no offense to those who love them, as it’s valid if you do.) The spikes and ugly Halloween like masks/helm kill them for me. I immediately transmuted my “leet” Orr Karma vendor helm to Heritage, as I have not found a better alternative so far. Tier 3 for the human ladies is not horrible at all, but too pricey to my liking. I am glad for the HoM skins, because at least they make my beloved character look half-decent, although admittedly, it is a not-too-flashy skin, which is OK vs the spiky horrors, or otherwise boring dungeon armor sets available.
I actually like the simple karma vendor armor sold at Kessex Hills, and the Lionguard heavy armor (see lionguard male/female NPC guards), easily available from Karma vendors on Mount Maelstron/Frostgorge Sound. It’s ironic that you don’t have to spend too much to look good, and that you may spend TOO MUCH to look a bit ridiculous of course, subjectively speaking.) Granted, these not so nice looking exotic at times have unique stats that may be worth checking out, which is what I am doing (transmuting them upon acquiral, of course.) But one needs not feel too bad about “basic” armor, since some of them are actually cooler/more “realistic” than the costumey “leet” armors, IMHO.
Some Dungeon armors are decent, though probably not worth 1380 tokens (to me, that is.) I don’t like covering Sayaka’s beautiful face. In that regard, the Koda armor is pretty cool, with the “teddy bear” beanie. :P any interest I currently have in them is the unique stats.
I must add the barbaric and gladiator armor skins are pretty nice, but more suitable to a warrior concept-they didn’t fit my Guardian at all, so I just roll with Heritage Heavy armor with. Guild Heavy chest armor. The flashiness of my FDS kinda negates the plain looks of my vintage armor.
BTW, on my female Ranger, Heritage Medium also rocks, although I am not too keen on the baggy pants. Everything else looks awesome-looking good even at level 21.
I am not that worried, as I am sure they will keep adding interesting, ugly, and quite nice skins in the future. Spikes and masks of terror will always have their audience, but I am sure they realize many of us are not into that sort of thing. I am hoping for nice looking sets in the future, with less emphasis on the spiky “I am brutal, fear me!” Stuff. That they satisfy both the hyper aggressive audience, and the “I just want to look good” audience.
Anyone knows where to get GW1 “Paragon” armor skins? I think I saw. Lady warrior/guardian with a set many weeks ago. I may be wrong, but it looked similar to Elonian, Paragon stuff.
My observations are personal opinion. Feel free to adore whichever skins help you enjoy your character and the game better.
Wait, you’re saying starter armor in an mmo is ugly? Consider my mind blown…
Just an FYI OP and others, while you are levelling you know you can go to the TP and buy high level gear and transmute it to your lower level gear. As long as your lower gear has all gem sockets filled, simply buy the “look” you want (for example i got a whole set of conjurer) for only a few silver a piece, take your lower gear off (have to unequip for transmute now) transmute, choose the higher look ofc and then the lower stats, voila you can now look however you want!
OP hasnt reached level 60 thats forsure.
I thought the 1-20 lvl ranger armor was really ugly looking, but then i saw all the higher level armors available and they are just jaw dropping beauty.
In the early levels you arent going to look super leet and dangerous, thats the whole point. You look weaker at early levels and the higher you get the more unstoppable you look. Armor looks amazing in this game. Play it longer before you take out the tissue boxes geez
^ There are plenty of being who are level 80 and underwhelmed with the armor options. It is just a matter of personal preference.
It’s a fair complaint. A lot of the armor is underwhelming, especially medium stuff. But then I’ve never owned a complete set of anything, I just mix and match and transmute stuff until I like what I have, then dye it and roll with it until I get bored. Then do it all again. Works for me, glad I have that flexibility, a lot of games don’t.
But yeah, medium armor….an endless parade of trenchcoats and pirate boots…bleh!
God Kama armor should make you look like the god it represents (example: melandru karma armor makes you look like melandru).
i am going for the Dwayna karma god set, but i am hoping i grow to like the style choice before i finish the set in the next few weeks.
i do not like the dungeon armors at all, myself. i went into CoF, and AC a few times with guild friends, but the armor styles just don’t look that great for my character. i feel like my ele could be represented better.
I wish anything you said here was actually true.
Click to revealThat torso piece is ridiculous when it comes to offering protection, but probably qualifies for the younger, lustful teen audience as being “Sexy”.
If you really want your character to look like she’s out for a night on the tiles or soliciting business from desperate men, there are plenty of options out there. You just have to look a tiny bit harder, but I’m sure you’ll be doing enough of that when you finally acquire it, so doing so now shouldn’t be a laborious task for you.
Doesn’t have to be revealing to be sexy…
Priory heavy, medium, and light armor accentuates the curves of her body despite not showing any or much skin at all and still protecting all her vulnerable spots from harm. The armor is very tight fitting and close to her skin.
To Mungrul,
- Sorry, but the human body is Art. With, or without clothes. If sexual attractive is must for you to be able to view such a thing, that is your cup of tea/own insecurity. I can respect appearances without being a creeper or a pre-pubescent child. Thanks.
On a side note, some people do enjoy a more covered character. Ones that do not lack style in doing so.
It would be nice to see some less-exposed female armors that retain their artiness. And, some more… exploratory male armors. (I would also like to see more armors with their current expose-ed-ness.)
Also, I design my character to look like myself. So, in what you said: Anyone checking me out is a child or a pervert?
The Human, Sylvari, Asura? Charr? Bodies are beautiful things. And I am all for displaying their beauty. I just feel it is equally important to give those of us who do not enjoy exposure to be given the option to dress more casually.
Tim, just because one game sucked, doesn’t me we have to suck as well. (; Guild Wars 1 had amazing armors. Lets at least make this game on equal playing fields as it’s previous game. :P
- And although this is a discussion about armor, I would like to address one more thing: People constantly talk about Guild Wars having “unrealistic body types.”
So, along with a picture of my characters face, I have attached some pictures of myself, and what I try to emulate in my in-game character.
- I am taking it that everyone is mature, personality wise. And can handle a picture of a shirtless person. I have provided such a picture simply for demonstration purposes. Their is no sexual content in any of these photos. Just giving you a heads up just in case.
As you can see, I tried to match the facial structure. I would have picked a mohawk, but the one provided is a little much for me. xD My body is fairly accurate to the in-game character, except my is a bit more tone and a little less meaty. My “Adventure Armor” is obviously different, because real life is not Guild Wars… ); I’d had a lifetime dream of paying a leatherworker to make me Norn Armor in real life. Like, wear it. For real… Around town. (Guild Wars 1, Norn Armor*)
Sorry for the miss-matched character armor. Guild Wars 2 has still not fixed the severe bug that causes all Hall of Monument rewards to be unable to be applied to your character. Armor, as well as weapons…
Also, I would like to see more fit characters. We are battling evil right? We should be fairly toned from being so active!
The first tier of armor’s are usually lackluster. Hopefully that’s the approach they’re going for.
Phy, that is still a poor approach… Intentionally making something bad? Why not just put progressive effort into each armor tier?
It doesn’t have to suck to begin with. :/
Phy, that is still a poor approach… Intentionally making something bad? Why not just put progressive effort into each armor tier?

It’s a pretty common approach to armor models. If the coolest set of armor was released first some people wouldn’t care about getting the other sets, which is the whole premise in this game.
…
I guess my attempts to balance out this argument are null. I seem to like armor that is form fitting and functional more than bulky which is why I gave the priory example…
To me that is sexy how it fits her figure and yet protects her fully no matter her profession…
Most armor that do show some skin cover the most vulnerable parts. GW 1 had a lot of Ele armor that did not do this at all. My most favorite was elite Canthan where it fit her body so tightly that it was appealing to me, but didn’t feel like it was forced to make the sex selling point that it had to show lots of skin. It worked yet was the best of both worlds.
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/File:Elementalist_Elite_Canthan_armor_f.jpg
More armor like this Anet and I’ll be ok with it!
Thief is the one profession where skimpy armor would be perfectly reasonable. It’s a profession that relies on it’s mobility more than any other. The lighter and tighter, the better. I wouldn’t say that is necessarily the case for Engineer or Ranger, especially Engineer. But despite that, I sure wish there were some “skimpy” armors for my Ranger, regardless, just for the sake of variety.
Skimpiness has nothing to do with agility, magicians are pretty clumsy and warriors are short on grace and both character types show more skin. (And not only in GW games.) Speed is the point of wearing tight clothes though, which are very limited in numbers. And trench coats are the opposite, which kind of sucks for thieves. (Probably not ideal for rangers either, since long clothes get stuck in branches. and bushes.)
Sexy armor is the least of my worries for thieves, I want more gear that actually look like thief armor. The demo one and the one that exposes the belly on females are the only ones that look like armor that my thief would wear.
I’m not worried though, I would guess that the company got the message with all the complains about the overabundance of trench coats. I’m pretty sure the incoming expansions are going to bring more variety to that armor tier.
Psy,
“It’s a pretty common approach to armor models. If the coolest set of armor was released first some people wouldn’t care about getting the other sets, which is the whole premise in this game.”
Partially untrue.
General speaking, yes. Start armors are usually not as “cool.” But that does not mean that they specifically need to be made ugly in order to obtain that balance. If that is what you were getting at in your original post. If not, that was my misunderstanding.
Yumiko Ishida,
I do strongly support artistic body art. Even if to some that means “sexy” bodies, xD Considering that the characters generally have magic, less armored clothes are fine. As you see, the less magically attuned a character is, the more armor they have.
Magic makes bulky, heavy armor not needed.
The plus side of being magic is that you can get away with showing off what you got. (; Maybe even enchant yourself to add more glow to your complexion.
Examples being Obsidian armor is Guild Wars 1. Which, prestige armors incorporated showing off what you did by tying in what you did to the style of your armor.
(edited by LanceHavenbay.2067)
I’m not saying the armors are made ugly on purpose, I’m implying they aren’t as cool as they could be. This game is all about looks, so I’m guessing they’ve got some really awesome armor in the works.
Ok, gotcha. Sorry about that.
I sure hope so, because right now. Blehrg. xD Honestly, I would step as far out to say that making more costumes and stuff, like my proposed costume slots… would increase their revenue a LOT.
If you do not believe me, check out how much money Tribes: Ascend made on skins alone.
In my opinion a lot of the 80 gear is ugly… well, it might be that it looks too baggy for my tastes. Also, through pretty much the entire game I turned the pauldrons off (although I am liking the ones I am using at the moment enough to actually turn them on).
Also the guild armor just looks.. yuck. I wish they would have made it a system where you could select and armor and then “tattoo” the emblem to it so that it doesn’t look like some biker gang wear…
There’s a lot of bland looking armor. I was disappointed for a while until I found some decent ones. Everyone’s opinion is different on what looks good, but this atm is what I like
Guardian: http://i50.tinypic.com/302pd6v.jpg
Elementalist: http://i48.tinypic.com/2ce5dmh.jpg
In my quest for some light pants without some flap or skirt for my female Mesmer, I went and bought the Profane skin for gems.. Then I realized it can’t be dyed in any sensible fashion, even Abyss comes out as light grey, it’s like turning gamma right up.. that’s 500 gems I could have spent better ;p
Oh, well.. back to searching, guess I’ll have to go for a dress
Or Apprentice “pants” lol, thats the mini skirt :p
Edit: In the end I went with the Vigil “leggings”, at least they seem fitting for a Norn, which I feel most of the other stuff isn’t.
(edited by Corew.8932)
Charr armor clipping, enough said.
agree, for this game of format im SO DISAPOINTED, Anet has the worst designers ever >_> or some way to old ones, even in pwi (a horrible china mmo) which is runs alrady over 5 years they have some REALLY cool stuff out there,
but live with it people this game took too long for development they just dont fit in the standarts of this year
In compare to how Aion armors and weapons look GW2 is terrible. I dont even wish to start about legendary …. (just try to compare Tahabatha bow with GW2 legendary )
What bugs me is that other game aspect design are phenomenal, i cant believe they did almost no effort to make weapons/armors look any better.
PS.
Almost every armor/weapon is clipping BADLY.
I agree I really don’t like any of the armor in the game, and the weapons. The only reason I do dungeons and get the armor/weapons is for the stats. Low 1/5 my rating on armor and weapons looks/style. Gw2 knows it that why there is no previewing items on the Trading Post.
(I seen some charr armor, heavy armor I guess I kinda like it but not when all of every charr I see has it.)
There is hardly anything symmetrical in this game I guess i’m OCD, so are majority of players. If there is something symmetrical it is tied to a skirt. WHY IS THIS GAME SO IN TO SKIRTS? I swear almost all the armor set has a skirt.
In pvp your only reward is better looking armor.
Very few pieces are actually ‘better looking’.
Most are more of the same and could be considered rather plain.
I find very few armor sets truely creative.
It’s nice that leather looks like leather and not like plate with lightning effects… but still. They could have done better than this.
I see this one argument in many threads, when people complain about lack of features in this game:
‘They will introduce better stuff later…’
Well: they should be carefull with that strategy, if it’s really a strategy and not just a fanboys excuse… If people get bored with the initial game, than GW2 won’t save itself with expansions.
Many fanboys risk getting what they seem to want: a game only for their elite few, where they shifted out all the WoW players, all the MMO hoppers, al the… basically just everybody except for them.
And then they have a low populated game that lacks funding. But they have stood by it, they are the only true GW2 players, aren’t they?
At 24 the armors do mostly suck. But you’re 24 and gear skins are what GW2 is all about. So play a bit longer & you’ll see that there are some pretty great armor sets out there. And my 51 female Sylvari Ranger looks like a swashbuckler: feathered hat, pirate coat, 1h sword….all I need now is a parrot. Guess i’ll just use my raven.
[TTBH] [HATE], Yak’s Bend(NA)
I’m gonna get shot down in flames for this, but bear with me when I say that Tera’s armor models rock. Just in terms of little details, layers, the mixing of fabric with metals, fur with leather etc. There’s very little to beat the effort that went into their details. That most toons end up looking like LA hookers is a shame, but the details were gorgeous regardless.
Something else about pvp armor, THE incentive for pvp in this game:
it might look god in Heart of the Mists.
In battles it gets drowned in blue or red color and harldy is distinguishable except maybe a hat or two.
Outside of the Mists you can’t even wear it…
While in pvp you can’t wear your pve looks you worked hard for.
If it’s all about looks, at least let the looks be used more.
I finally had enough karma to buy the orr armor but when i saw how it looked on my warrior i decided to stick to my crafted gear for looks.
Yeah it looked that bad!!
(edited by Mickey.4207)
Here’s to hoping halloween/oct patch or some patch in the near future adds some variety in armor. So, so sick of long coats for medium and skirts/kilts for heavy.
I was looking thru images of all the armor in the game again yesterday and I’m sure it’s just a personal taste thing, but I don’t think I liked any of it, which doesn’t seem like it should be possible.
Its a real shame that GW2 fails to deliver us good looking armors. They make or break a character for any of us. We all love to play around and dress ourselves up n icely, dont we? We want to look ’ ’awesome’’ when we are attacking that keep, or when we heroically fall down and die. GW2 offers a beautiful world, with awesome mindblowing textures, yet when it comes down to the amors if fails so bad.
I disagree, armor in GW2 is very good looking, ranging from realistic historical to pure fantasy. still, in Warhammer online MMORPG they managed to get even more dashing and fascinating outfits. I woould love to see Anet woudl give us something similar in Heavy armor department, more shiny fancy chaos knights helmets, please.

For male heavy armor I like (in decreasing order):
1. Cultural tier 2
2. Inquest set
3. Exotic karma set (aka. armageddon)
4. Dark armor set
The rest are not for my taste or just plain ugly.
And what’s up with the craftable exotic set. It doesn’t look like a heavy armor at all. More like a caster outfit. Not impressed.
Anyway, these things are so subjective there’s never going be a generalized conclusion. What some people like, some other will dislike, and vice-versa.
We’re going to see more armors in expansions. At some point you’re going to find something you like.

Heavy armor is much better imho, well.. except the CoF stuff everyone and his dog is running around in now
In my opinion GW2 has one of the best armor/transmute/dying systems. I actually love most of the armor in this game and can easily find multiple armor combinations that I like. (aside from the awful leather pirate set which I hated wearing while leveling)
A few tips for getting more out of your armor.
First, be creative: mix and match sets. Don’t be confined to what the game tells you goes together, but try mixing and matching.
Second thing is, try different dye combinations. I’ve seen alot of people dye their armor all one color and it doesn’t give your armor much depth. In other words, it might be one reason you don’t like your armor. Try things other than black, white, red and blue, which are the majority of colors I see. Use contrasting colors to add depth to your armor, and take advantage of the fact that some pieces can use 3-4 different colors. (using neutral colors like browns, blacks, greys and whites for major pieces can allow you to add a splash of a bolder color on another piece without making it look too outrageous)
Tip 3: this one is for Anet. Add previewing to the trading post. Maybe this is already in the works, but it would really help people find nicer looking armor easier.
Anyways, my level 80 female ranger looks pretty neat and unique and I have gotten a few compliments and questions about her armor. All you have to do is be creative. Mix and match sets. And try color combos you wouldn’t normally think to use. My ranger has cultural boots, karma pants, random drop chest piece, order of whispers gloves and shoulder, and not showing helmet. What I ended up with is a completely unique looking character.
Anyways, I know it’s just subjective but I think there are loads of options in this game and with the dye system makes it even more fun.
I dont like the looks of any of the Dungeon-tokens armors, and too much spikes, stuff, or otherwise sticking out of the armor is just meh, So I just went and dressed like the Lion Guards, its plain, but still very nice, Im gonna complete the set with Lion’s weapons and just transmute the look when at 80.
Call me a bad or whatever but WoW had some pretty decent armor and it made me feel kitten.
I’m disappointed with
Asura female sharing male armor sets
Charr looks terrible in leather and goofy in cloth
Leather helms are just bandit masks (I kept my thief hood level 48)
Trench coats are the only thing I’d wear the other leather set looks bland for a thief.
Asura weapons look to small with no detail.
Asura weapons clip with cloth so you can’t see scepters, daggers, warhorns, focus.
