I love looking at all of the armor combos in this thread! Here is the newest one I’ve come up with for my Sylvari necro. A bit of a plant theme using some Sylvari cultural and mordrem + dreamthistle skins.

Got my Ranger looking just to my liking.

There are so many lovely Armour combos in this thread! All of my characters tend to wear mixed sets, and I spend way too much time in the wardrobe haha.

I still haven’t finished my mesmer, theif, or elementalist outfits yet as I still need to get them to 80. Below are a few of my completed characters <3.

The Necro

Next is the Elementalist

Finally, here’s the Warrior

Ok, so this one is mostly Phalanx, but it works well with the carapace pants. Also, that’s Khrysaor, the Golden Sword for my greatsword.

I ended up making this outfit for my warrior.

Completely mixed set, I think he looks BAMFy.

Anyway, finished ‘shopping my last 4 characters’ screenshots together. I’m hoping there’ll be some new choices for my Ranger, Elementalist, and Warrior in Heart of Thorns. They’re my only characters that wear 5/6 or 6/6 matched sets.

Not my most recent but working on my end game armour….not quite level 80.

I have a level 80 ele but don’t like the armour I can get for him.

PS: Yes I cheated, only the pants are different :P

Here is my main (Thief). If I could make the celestial dye on the armour an even brighter white I would .

The gear is as follows:

Here’s my guardian! Some players were surprised to find out that this set of armor was mix-n-match

Shoulders = Ascalonian Catacombs Armor
Chest = Banded Armor
Gloves = Splint Armor
Leggings = Armor of Koda
Feet = Armor of Koda
Weapon = Genesis

Lets see here:

Guardian is Vigil chest and shoulders, phalanx legs and gloves, lawless boots and magnus’s eye patch.

Engineer is Council watch shoulders, secrets chest, marauder pants, t3 boots, inquest gloves and fire legion headpiece.

Elementalist is t3 chest, t2 legs, ascalonian boots and primitive handwraps.

Here is my character. Level 80 Necromancer. I honestly cannot remember what skins all the pieces come from, but I do know they do not come from the same sets.

My sweet Leyliana has had it rough ever since it became common knowledge that she is supposed to be a dragon minion, but she tries to weather the storm with as much grace as she can muster.

I’ve always wanted to create a mix-n-match armor with the glorious crown. Here is the new look of my elementalist:

here’s my charr thief! the boots and the gloves are tier 1 racial armor, the coat and mask are tier 2 racial armor, and the shoulderpad and pants are whispers armor.

To this day, I still wonder why Queensdale’s lighting is SO much better than the rest of the game’s.

Especially on heavy armor.

Got a nice mix I’m satisfied with at the moment. It’s a mix of Invoker, Whisperer, Dry Bones and Magician. Finding nice light armor for a charr is a challenge to say the least; long skirts, headgear and chest pieces all tend to look incredibly bad on them.

I’m pretty happy with my necro’s look. It’s a mix of conjurer, primitive, and the starter skull face option.

Colors are calfskin, mithril, and spite.

Krytan coat, Heritage gloves, Wolf leggings and Aetherblade boots,

My character, currently is a combination of T1-3 Charr cultural armor. I spent a lot of time going for making him look as bad kitten as possible. and avoid tail clipping.
which A net really needs to go through all the char sets and fix the tail clipping.
