I haven’t decided for certain yet, but I’m thinking maybe female Asura. I only have 1 Asura character right now and he’s an Ele, so that would give me some nice Asura armor variety (and also, my only other heavy class is a female Sylvari, so that’ll also give me a character that uses the male Heavy variants).

Charr, I have been waiting for another heavy class to make a Charr.

I have a Charr warrior and a Norn guardian, so the revenant will be Human.

I’ve been wanting to make a heavy armour Human character, since every armour weight seem to fit better on them (making a Charr look good is not as easy).
Also, I like human cultural heavy armour more than asura and sylvari.

Human. Call me boring, but I enjoy playing as humans in RPGs. Makes it feel more like I’m in the world instead of playing as someone else.

Humans are boring and Asura are freaky looking. Charr is taken by the Guardian and Norn is taken by the Warrior so I’ll go Sylvari.
Hopefully they release an awesome Heavy skin before the expansion hits because Heavy stuff looks bad on female Sylvari…

I’ll have to wait until there’s a new race to play Revenant mainly because I want to avoid the same racial story. I have 8 characters including 2 x Human, 2 x Sylvari, 2 x Norn. 1 x Asura and 1 x Charr so having to play Revenant with an existing race is out of the question.

I have 2 characters from each race, except for one. The one that finishes the set will have to be a Norn male.

I have two of every race except human and norn. I really like chars though. I still have one empty character slot too.
Tough call.
If the trait system is fixed I think I’ll get a char and human/norn. If not then neither as I won’t be leveling an unknown profession without its full traits unlocked for experimentation. Fingers crossed for a well thought out fix.

Most likely human for me. My main guardian is a charr, and I wanted a human guardian too, but there was no point having 2 of the same profession, so this will be my opportunity to make a revenant human.

Femsura is the only correct answer

Sylvari or Human for me. Not that I won’t play the other races — I just find myself having more fun with the RP and gameplay of those two. I can’t channel Asura-speak on a regular basis, much though I love their animations, and Norn feel too slow running and Charr too bulky in tight camera places.

I’ll make a final decision once I know the lore of how the profession’s getting introduced, however. Possibly I’ll make more than one Revenant, so as to match the lore and to have a fun avatar.

Speaking of which, I hope this expansion introduces the ability to turn asura into other races in other pvp zones.

Mine will probably be human.

mine will be a human, as story-line wise she’d be a descendant of my GW1 character. Her powers allow her insights into her ancestors past, allowing her to channel the power of legends her ancestor met – ally and enemy alike. With the primevil armor, fiery dragon sword and other items it just fits.

Now I’m thinking an Asura.

I’ll name her Small Medium At Large.
